I can’t even enter coupons and it’s really slow, buggy and lagging on my iPhone SE 2020.

Absolutely horrible. First off it won’t even let me put in my phone number because it has a set area code that isn’t even near me even though I allowed access to my location, then when you look at the menu everything is not the price at the store and 90% of the menu isn’t even on there. Why is a 10 piece NEINTY-NINE DOLLARS!?!? No. This is trash.

KFCTrinidadandTobago design and usability is very good. I find it easy to place orders. However, the service being provided does not match KFCTrinidadandTobago .
Today I placed an order for collection. When I got to the branch I joined the click and collect line and still had to wait for the normal line to be cashed then when I got to the cashier and paid for my order I still had to wait for my order behind everyone that was already there.
Why have a click and collect service if you can’t service those customers in that manner? I understand that certain branches can be busy and online orders could potentially be missed or ignored but it doesn’t make sense to offer a service like click and collect and the service doesn’t work as intended.

KFCTrinidadandTobago is easy to use. However I wish there was a place to write special instructions as per which part of chicken you want. Also if you want no salt on your fries! They sent my order to the wrong KFC

The option to select various sides needs to be more user friendly and less time consuming.

Absolutely love this convenient way... one recommendation - where u can edit... you should be able to specific which piece of chicken you would prefer - the only option is spicy or original.
