Unfortunately ÜSTRA is buggy and often unresponsive - especially when you need it the most, the need to open the ticket you already purchased. I’ve taken to grabbing a screenshot of my ticket as to ensure I can show the porter on the train. But even from the hotel with good Wi-Fi ÜSTRA can be buggy and a frustrating experience.
