How to fix OptimaVPN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OptimaVPN app on iPhone
Update OptimaVPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OptimaVPN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OptimaVPN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OptimaVPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OptimaVPN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OptimaVPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OptimaVPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » OptimaVPN » click [Force Stop]

Update OptimaVPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OptimaVPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OptimaVPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OptimaVPN.

Fix OptimaVPN unable to contact server/ OptimaVPN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OptimaVPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OptimaVPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OptimaVPN
