it pops up to grant access to images in settings. Which settings, where, no information is given. The app does not have a settings option too.
Can't Open images not in Photos apps

This is the first app that poped up when I searched "pictures resizer" I have photos not in my photos app and this can't open them to resize them.
BAD!

They will not let you use this app unjless you give them access to all your photos. Security nightmnare!!!!!
