The visual design of this product is undoubtedly excellent. However, there is a very fatal issue after downloading and using it, which is data loss. The first time I noticed it was when all the notes I wrote on the pictures suddenly disappeared, and the second time, all the pictures I collected disappeared. The overall user experience was very pleasant, and I was willing to collect some pictures in this app. However, I will not use it until I can be sure that data loss will not occur again.

This app is a great concept. I love the idea of being able to save all my clippings and ideas in one place without the need to sort or tag them, but then still be able to find them later.
The issue for me is that, because I do so much work on my iPhone, I need a solid iPhone app. That’s where mymind falls (very) short and it’s what is keeping me from subscribing. Right now, the app feels like the web browser. There’s no dark mode (as basic must-have for paid apps) and some things just don’t save. For example, trying to save an Instagram post results in an error message.
In addition, the AI is not as good as Apple Notes. I did a couple of side-by-side comparisons and I had more success finding things in Apple Notes than MyMind.
This service has HUGE potential and I think if the iPhone app was more solid, it would be worth the cost. But so much of what many of us do these days occurs on mobile devices so a good iPhone app is a must.

i just tried updating one of my notes within the app 3 or 4 times and every time i thought my text was saved yet when i opened the note again my text was lost. Either there is a bug, or the UI is very unintuitive or unclear around the update + save note functionality.
Overall it is very frustrating to use this app on iPhone, especially as a paying subscriber. I love the web version but i may have to switch to using google docs when i’m on the go.
