Close and restart the Vibz app on iPhone
Update Vibz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vibz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vibz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vibz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vibz app issues:

Force Stop the Vibz App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vibz app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vibz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vibz App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vibz app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vibz.

Fix Vibz unable to contact server/ Vibz internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vibz » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vibz » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vibz on android.
