I played this multiple times a day everyday despite the LAME restrictions on torches and gems which you need for daily task rewards. I am now stuck on all 3 lands I have open for play.. two because I need more stars to open new levels and to get the stars I’m having to redo levels with shorter time constraints each time they are beat (like 40 seconds- yeah right! Haven’t been able to yet after several weeks of trying) the third land I’m stuck cause I need an item that is impossible to create in order to open land to finish a level. Tried the “contact us” with zero help- including 3 separate times during special events where I lost hours of play time, high level merged items, cleared land and even once the hero I paid gems for - the game still deducted my gems despite losing ALL my progress and not giving me the hero (???) I’m deleting this- I’ll find something else that actually has support that will help.

I’ve been playing this game for months now on the daily, and you have to build up your available storage for coins. I had my storage for coins over 2000. But now all of a sudden my coin storage only holds 200. So now I have a game full of coins waiting to be collected taking up my entire board. I can’t play because there’s no room, when I try to delete stuff it sells it and adds more coins to my board but I can’t do anything with unless I trash all of them. It’s a catch 22, because if I use the coins in my vault they have to purchase some thing which then goes to the board where I’ve run out of room. That just doesn’t seem right. There’s also no way to get a hold of the developer to have them look into the issue.

I really liked this game but I had to quit playing it because it has way too much going on at once and it’s not fun to play something that overwhelming. The little creatures never stop working and the land fills up with so much stuff that there’s no room to do anything and it causes an overflow of objects that just hang around in hundreds of bubbles you can’t do anything with. The game challenge levels have also not been added to in quite some time and they keep recycling old events over and over that are impossible to finish. And then they added another part of the game that is another version of EverMerge on top of everything else. Impossible and stressful.
