What is The Just Us App? JUSTUS is a safety app designed to help users stay safe and alert their contacts and community in case of an emergency. The app uses hands-free, voice command technology to activate alerts, initiate live-stream video, and send the user’s GPS location to five designated contacts. The app offers a Check-In feature to assure contacts that the user is safe with an updated pinned location. JUST US Heads Up feature allows users to activate live-stream and alerts contacts when they are being pulled over by the police. JUST US Help feature alerts contacts and nearby users with GPS location and live video in real-time when concerns are heightened. Friends, I am so grateful to you for creating TheJustUsApp. I learned about it today and I’m “putting it in blast” in all of my networks, personal and professional. As a Black parent and grandparent I can think of few better resources; in fact, thanks to you, Just Us is at the top of my gift-giving list this year.
You clearly understand what it’s like for us to worry about our family and friends; to worry about ourselves when driving, walking/running in our own neighborhoods, cooking out, and even “birding” in public parks. Amazing idea for an app. Idea: There a free or inexpensive option for people like me (Caucasian) who want to be accessible to anyone within radius in trouble, but who sadly don’t require these same services. It would be nice to have an option for $1-2/mo to just be a passive user of TheJustUsApp who gets alerted if help is needed. Thank you for making this.

TheJustUsApp has been a great addition to my family's life. Being a single woman that lives alone, it helps me check in with my love ones. It also helps my sister and I have a piece of mind when my twin nephews are not with us. I recommend this for everyone!

Ignore my rating as I, thankfully and sadly, don’t need this (most likely). I do want to send some cash and the web site isn’t set up for it so doing an in app subscription. Please fix the web site so donations are possible.

Great concept and idea but this should be free. I mean it’s purpose is protecting Black people so why are u charging for TheJustUsApp.

I had no need so far to use TheJustUsApp do I cannot rate it in that aspect but there are times that I touch TheJustUsApp accidentally while swiping through my phone and TheJustUsApp opens right away but the annoying part is that you cannot close TheJustUsApp unless you turn off your phone than restart it back .
So far TheJustUsApp is nuisance that drains your battery unless you are in a position that you can afford to turn off the phone to be able to close TheJustUsApp .
also what I do not understand is the rest of the reviews on TheJustUsApp that are so positive but no one has use TheJustUsApp actually🤷♀️

TheJustUsApp definitely provides a sense of comfort and peace of mind, knowing is one of my children are in a situation they can notify me, and anyone else in the same area. The fact that TheJustUsApp was created by someone that looks like me is a bonus
