Hi, I got monthly subscription to Webfic. However after a day, I could not open the chapters and web ask me to buy coins for opening the chapters! Is Webfic a scam site? What is the point of paying monthly for subscription if I still have to buy coins for opening the chapters? Thanks.

This is a joke. I paid too much money for a book and it turned out to be chapters. I’m deleting the app. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. For a relaxing hobby I lost a long time ago and recently regained (reading) this app has really destroyed my trust.

I paid monthly subscription but still can not read books. In google play it says "Open app to confirm subscription but there is no place to do that in app.

I am charged repeatedly for coins and don’t get them the one time I did buy coins I didn’t even get all of them this is unreal.

I had 2300 as bonus I had not used app for few days and it wa down to 1500. Yesterday my balance was 1300+ and today it is 1000, it's really disgusting. Everytime this bonus is going to get deducted and we keep on buying need a solution to this asap or we will file a complaint against webfic it's a fraudulent company.

How do I go to the correct chapter? It jumped from 100 to 1072. Is there a way to type in the chapters?

I have paid at least $50 for the book I’m currently reading! Now, I get to another chapter & it wants more money! I could have bought a normal romance novel for a lot less than this amount! I am very disappointed .You should tell your clients upfront that the books are not free. Rather than have us start reading them .Then I have monies on purchasing chapters but it's not enough .It is just scan to get you started.Then you don't give any option to buy the books .Do you even care about your customers?I am a dissatisfied customer.

I have send messages via customer online service but ur feedback is very poor as no action taken thou i have replied wt the proof of pymt made and confirmation by google to ir webfic app. I also have email to u twice to ur email but still no respond. Reading the book is free but then after reading few episodes you request for payment to unlock some episodes. I spent so much. how can I finish the book eithout payment. If theres no way I will uninstall the apps.

Hi, I have been reading this novel Sweet whirlwind romance and I have paid $30.00 so far and still nowhere near the end of the book. I see $99.00 coin recharge, so I am asking is the book going cost $209.00 dollars? Why won’t you all state the amount it is going to cost so that we know what’s up? This is not right, it’s kind of a reap off, it’s only the Chinese writers whose books are like that. Apple Books have their prices so you chose which one you can afford. It’s a shame.
