I never signed up for this app. I emailed them and I would like my 39.99 back on my card. I reported it to my bank nowhere to be found on my Google pay or my Apple Pay or any of my purchased histories.
I deleted my account and canceled my subscription but you took money from me for subscription. Cancel my account subscription and return my money.
Charges in the amounts of $29.99, $29.99 and $6.99 appeared on my credit card from Habio, but I never subscribed or approved anything from this company! I am livid bc they do not provide a phone number, only an email address which means it is definitely A SCAM!

I signed up for Habio and wanted to try it out and use the trial, and now I hardly use it, theres not enough information on it and i put my card information. I get charged 14.99 every week and would like to cancel my subscription so i dont get charged anymore. The app makes it difficult to cancel and delete my card info. How do I cancel my subscription and from charging my card?
I cancled before the trial was up and deleted the app and I'm still getting charged every month 14.99
I have an $89.99 payment that went through on my account that I didn’t authorize.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. This company is terrible and shady. I did a free trial and canceled before the end as per instructions. However, I’ve now been charged for three months of service and it’s completely impossible to find an option to unsubscribe. I will be contacting my credit card company to request that they deny payment.
UPDATE: today I received a notice thanking me for payment for a one week subscription that I NEVER REQUESTED. in fact, I contacted their support email and instead of hearing back they charged me for another week in top of the two months that they already charged after I’ve requested to cancel multiple times.

You load it out in your info and then it never works. When you open the app it pops up with tracking your water and the finger it shows where to track and your click on it and it does nothing. You can’t click anywhere else yo get out of that part either. Kind of worthless.

Wanted to give this app a try, but in setting up my first habit, it wouldn’t let me get past the reminder screen (numbers and buttons were all on top of each other). Tried to shut down app and try again, but nope. Don’t waste your time until they update functionality.
