AES is HORRIBLE!

Ever since we had the switch over, paying my bill is ridiculously difficult. I have technical difficulties paying on the phone. It doesn’t “remember” my form of payment despite using the same method of payment for years. I am told there’s an error even after typing in all the information for the umpteenth time. Try for the millionth time to log into the app. Can’t seem to get in there either. Do they want my money or not???
APP DOES NOT WORK

This app never works. I can use my credentials to login vis the mobile web but receive an error when I try logging in via the app. I’ve had the app downloaded for at least a month now. I thought that there would be an update to resolve. There hasn’t been one. I wouldn’t waste your time until you see that an update has come out since this review.

Can only use if you qualify for budget billing. That’s ridiculous if you’re going to create an app for your company why would you limit it to just a few customers. All your customers should be able to use the app.
