I cannot set up my recording device or cameras as I don’t know the password, I tried resetting it but it says my password. Is wrong
I recently switched my wifi to Verizon, I cannot pair my phone to my cameras, they are working, but, I cannot remember my device password, please help me my telephone number is 928-278-9174
Cameras great but app is terrible

This app crashes so frequently. Today it won’t open period. I have to constantly delete and reinstall in order to get notifications. Most days I get notified 30-60 minutes AFTER the event is captured. That totally defeats the purpose of having security cameras.

The app features are good , but loading time is to long . When I open the app it keep loading.

Cant see cameras live or play video if i move to a diferent location , cant reset the oossxx dvr…cant remove this app , i cant use or share my cameras to a diferent device, in general , this sistem suks .
