Retouch: Touch Remove Objects Reviews

I paid for a year ($30) for the pro version, and then yet every time I click to try and use the object removal tool, it pops up a window trying to get me to buy the pro version. I click and it even shows where I’m subscribed but Retouch simply isn’t working. I’m beyond frustrated because I paid $30 and I’m not getting anything from Retouch.

Bought this just to do a simple edit on a photo to remove the sun reflection that shows up from camera lense. The object removal and quick fix was TERRIBLE honestly could have done a better job using the clone tool in snapchat.. the fact this is $4 a week is ridiculous.

Description makes it sound like there’s a free version and a premium version. But you basically can’t do anything until you pay. And the ad placement is awful- you can’t avoid touching it so you’re constantly being redirected to an ad that you don’t care about! Don’t use Retouch!

I was looking forward to using Retouch but WHAT DO I GET?! A pay to use app. I’m serious I would have paid for any other thing if it was for something useful, but come on this? I bet it doesn’t even work! This is clearly just a stupid app. Do not buy this if you are looking for something good

Doesn’t work, just blurrs what you’re trying to remove. I paid $30 and can’t get anything to look good. Not to mention, there is no undo so if you mess anything up, you have to start over. Don’t buy this, I wish I hadn’t waisted my hard earned money on this.

The video preview makes it look way better. App is not intuitive and removing people from the background of an image makes them look like a ghost. Also very hard to cancel.

The free version doesn’t even let you try ANYTHING! It just keeps telling you to pay a subscription. How the heck would I want to pay a subscription if they don’t even let you try out anything so you can know if it’s worth it or not...

I downloaded Retouch and paid for the subscription. Now, every time I try to use it, it keeps telling me to upgrade to PRO but I already did upgrade. Very frustrating

So I paid $30 for the use of one tool?? Everything else is requiring more subscriptions and no clear instructions?? I’m over it. I want a refund!

You have to pay weekly, but in order to utilize the effects there advertise you also have to add another subscription that costs.

Don’t get Retouch it literally does nothing. Cant use any feature until you pay. Even when doing a free trial every feature sucked overall.

I gave it a one star because I have to pay money and I’m not wasting my money on a app and because the thing don’t even work like what? so yea that’s why I gave it a one star

Only one start because I WAS OBLIGATED…in a haste I purchased this on my phone and when I went to unsubscribe or cancel there’s nothing available except to contact them and then they want your IP address!! SCAMMMMM!!!!

I paid for premium plan but it still says I need to pay for access even though it recognizes that I have a subscription. No tech support. Just straight up theft!

Was excited to try. Every photo of mine said “an error occurred” closed app and retried later still same issue.

I need a refund. Accidentally purchased and doesn’t even do what I read it was going to do. Wast of my money. Please provide a refund.

I would like to discontinue my free trial and for my card not to be charged. I’m not able to send you guys an email it tells me invalid

PLEASE DO NOT BUY. There is no button to cancel membership. You must email them and wait for their response as you get charged WEEKLY.
