I’ve bought credits twice and I still am unable to send a text message. I’ve contacted support 3 times and have not been contacted back to help . It’s been another week and I’m still unable to send one text . I do not recommend VCall . I have requested a full refund .
You get 200 coins to sign up but if you want a number you are short 18 coins. So you are forced to make a purchase, or try to collect the extra coins you need some how. Kinda crappy to do.
This is not a free service which is a drag because I only needed it do you the fact that I was having problems with my phone service and needed a temporary number for a day. But they offer no daily use fee only for at least a week. SMH greed I swear, it’s running rampant.
I can’t chat with friends, I can’t top up the credit since I moved to China , it’s being tough for me, though VCall looks great. Something to be done about it asap.
