I am getting charges to my checking account from your business. I have never heard of this business nor have I tried to do betting. Please let me know ASAP about a refund of the charges. I hope this will be resolved quickly and I will not have to pursue other means to resolve this. Ricky Knight

Underdog glitched and I was kicked out of my underdog account I sent an email yesterday and this morning requesting for my password to be reset I received a response but no password reset information can someone please help me to recover my account

It’s been over a week now since I last heard from the support team and I’ve been told that they was going to get back to me. It’s been over 2 weeks now I have been emailing support continuously but i’ve still not been responded to. I need answers. I’ve tried multiples times to reach your support and it’s been said you guys respond in a timely manner and during business days. I’ve won a total amount of $700 and my withdrawal has still not been approved neither processed.
