They dont get you visa, they dont refund either. And they would not pick your calls. Update on their reply given below: Their reply proved me they are the scammers. The formal scammers. If anyone reading this comment never ever try Atlys. Because they are giving random replies to reviews. Because reviewer could anybody, how they would know who is leaving review and who has applied for visa. They must been storing costumers personal data, If thats the case.
And the review’s reply is not even right even if they found out by user name. Because we never ever provided financial document. Because we changed our mind after submission and never took first step further.
So my whole point is: we understand if you guys don't refund the money for whom you guys actually processed the application. But for the person like us for whom the first step was never taken should be refunded.

Going to Jersey Channel Islands from the US and had not been told or read that I needed anything besides my passport. Heard about Atlys and it said I needed a Visa to enter Jersey, 17 days away from my trip. I panicked and immediately started researching this. According to Jerseys website it said it follows the same rules as UK, and prompted me too click a link to see if I needed to get a visa to visit UK. Answered two simple questions (I’m coming to visit, and I’m a US citizen) and it promptly said “You do NOT need a visa to enter the UK”…. So… what gives? Is it some sort of scheme to pay $$ for an unnecessary visa?? Workers at this app, if you’re reading this I suggest you take a look at what you’re telling people what’s actually required, because you’re probably freaking people out completely unnecessarily.

This company has proven to be completely unreliable. They repeatedly sent automated messages falsely reassuring that my visa application was on track and would be successfully processed shortly. They portrayed themselves as having specialized staff in the country to handle applications, which I later found to be a deceptive claim. In reality, they simply use the same publicly accessible visa portals as everyone else, merely acting as an intermediary while collecting substantial fees. My subsequent discovery that they had not even initiated my visa application was deeply concerning. This lack of transparency, coupled with their consistent deflection of responsibility to external parties and the government’s e-visa portal, is unacceptable. Furthermore, their failure to respond to requests for refunds when approached directly is indicative of their poor customer service. I strongly advise against using their services based on this profoundly negative experience.

Its the worst app i have ever seen. Pathetic customer service. Everything has been messed up. I paid 7500 visa fees and my visa got approved with multiple mistakes. From my name, gender, address etc. everything was a mistake. And to correct those mistakes they looted 40$ more and even after that i had to make multiple mails(no response) multiple messages on instagram (no response) multiple messages on twitter (no response) and finally got a response from whats app. After so many messages and informed them about the multiple mistakes. on making multiple messages on whats app they corrected my name only and again after multiple messages they corrected my address and they said they even lied me telling that they corrected my gender. And here comes the twist. At dubai immigration counter immigration officer said that the gender is not correct and asked me to correct at the immigration servies for which they charges around 30$ again to make the correction. Im going to contact dubai embassy and make acompalint on this with all the proofs and i ask all the users to beware with this cheating app.

I applied for Egypt visa from their app. Egypt needs travel agent letter to get a visa. But Atlys doesn’t talk about any of the rules and requirements. I paid the fee and waited for so long. The status just shows processing. I did my own research and got to know for evisa for Indians we need travel agent letter. Now I am applying visa through legit means. My money is lost. No communication received from the company regarding status or missing documents. Do not believe the 5 star rating it shows in the review. Looks like they have bought those reviews. Among all the reviewer how can people give either 1 start or all 5 starts ? ? No 2.3.4 start reviews at all??!!! If possible I would give my ratings in negative to Atlys.

I loaded this app app and paid them $1,841 to obtain residency in Portugal. They were very good in replying to me in a timely manner however, when I asked why NIF documents and opening bank account is delaying and they are the most important documents in the entire process. this app emailed me to contact the company that issue these documents, even they are the one taking my money. I contact Bordr which is the company that issues NIF and open bank account in Portugal. Bordr was so professional. I learned that this app charges me $350 for My NF while it’s only $150 and I don’t have to open bank account until I arrive in Portugal. this app charged me $450 while this app charging $450 to open bank account.
I contacted this app asking for credit and to my surprise, they threatened me if I dispute the charges on my credit card they will make sure to let Portugal consulate know that I am no good and I will I’ll not be able to open bank account. Also, they lied to my bank and told them that they paid Bordr this amount on my behalf. I contacted Bordr and they informed me that they refunded all the money back to this app.
My bank believed this app and ruled in their favour. this app kept my money and told me that they will not refund me even they didn’t provide services. Very dishonest and fraudulent company.👎🏻

I’ve only tried to use this app for two visa applications so far and both experiences have been beyond unacceptably disappointing. I won’t be returning to their services and I sincerely hope no one ever does. They are very slow to respond on their customer support communication. There’s never any update on a pending application, unless I reach out over and over again. The most recent tourist visa application to Brazil, they were radio silent for 2 months and then didn’t tell me until I asked that they’re unable to get me the visa and issued a refund. I don’t care about the $50 refund. Where’s my time refund?! Now I’m scrabbling to do it myself and turns out it was an easy process and took me a day. What a joke!

This company is a SCAM! Do NOT (I repeat: do NOT) use them, it is much better for you to save your sanity and fill out the forms yourself. I used this company, thinking I would be able to get an appointment with their help. At no point did they confirm an appointment nor was there any indication they were even trying. I ended up having to do everything myself anyway, so what’s the point of their service? I am seriously doubting whether all the other reviews on here are legitimate or just fake reviews, but this service definitely did not work for a Schengen Germany visa. What’s worse, the customer service was unhelpful and frankly quite rude even after I contacted them for a refund. I would give zero stars if I could.

For Aruba one needs ED card which Aruba website gives it for free instant , 7 days before travel date. Not knowing we applied through this app almost a month before with expected ETA of getting the ED card 3 days before travel along with a fee of $25 .
No card came till the date of travel . We had to wait till the last moment go to Aruba website and get the ED card and fly. They send an email 3 days post the travel date about informing that visa is ready and now arguing that visa was sent on time !!
One they are charging significant money for something that is free plus they don’t deliver on time and making false claims !!

They assure you a date of completion and when the visa is supposedly approved there is no visa document emailed to you because, in fact, they can't get any visa approved...look at all the bad reviews!!! I am pretty sure they are posting good reviews to get people to use their service
This company is a true scam!!!
I lost my money with them plus the hotel, and airfare money as well. All I have received from their support team has been the same thing: There is a problem at the Argentinian embassy that is out of our hands and we can't do anything, however, I called the Argentina Embassy and was clarified there is NOT ISSUE on their end, and the application request was not submitted under my name by any company.

An honest company will refund your money if the issue was they could not provide the service offered if there was a problem on their end.

DO NOT USE Atlys OR THEIR COMPANY..you will regret it.. unfortunately...is a scam!!!

Service is POOR and overpriced. Was looking for ease of getting an eVisa for India. I waited over a month to get word back that this app wanted more money to process the visa. They’re good at sending bills but not so good at providing customer service of any kind. I asked for a refund of my initial payment, which I’m still waiting for … and in the meantime, I got my eVisa through the Indian government’s website in 1 day. Yeah, 1 day, after this app jacking me around for over a month. My gut feeling is that this app promises a visa, waits until the last minute when you are worried about having your travel docs and uses that to milk you for more money. It’s a scam at worst and a krappy way to do business at best. Wish I could give zero stars.

I applied for UAE visa through this app. Usually the visa takes 4 working days and app gave me expected visa receiving time a little over 1 week. It’s still showing me visa under review after a week. I reached out 3 times for progress , no response from customer service or the person appointed for my visa. I had to buy my ticket for the visa purpose, now I’m not sure if I’ll be able to go or not. I need update to cancel or change my ticket, but I’m getting no response from the company/app. Even worse is there’s no phone number to call.

Update: I couldn’t go to my trip for their horrible service! Not only they didn’t get me a visa, but because of them I couldn’t process my visa from VFS Dubai! this app representative told me they couldn’t get me a visa but they still had valid application running in the immigration! For that VFS couldn’t process my visa because at a time only one application is being processed! this app is horrible and caused rather a lot of stress and I missed my official trip! Plz stay away from this app to save your sanity!

I tried their services to get Schengen visa through Italy. After completing all the requirements and getting money order, I was told a day before the interview that my interview wasn’t confirmed. To top this off, they asked me to go through Portugal embassy instead. Which was a big headache. They have no idea about the requirements you need. I constantly been emailing with the support to double check what I needed - THEY HAVE NO IDEA AND WILL GIVE YOU WRONG INFO. I found out on the day of my interview that they never gave my appointment confirmation. When I got to the Portugal interview, I was told that the money order was address to the wrong name (which was given to me by this app! So I had to get a new money order and had to go through the line AGAIN. This is a great app and concept if only they have knowledgeable and educated CSR/Support to make sure you’re all set. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone nor would I be using this again. Such a hassle and it’s just not worth it. Please educate your people, messing with visa process is unacceptable. It is a very stressful process already and to be given the wrong information is just so messed up!

Update - Got my $50 refund

I understand this service worked for few of the people on here, but here’s my experience so far. Tried booking appointment for Portugal visa, during the process of providing various details it displays a calendar with various open dates for an appointment in certain consulate in the US, those dates are NOT legit, they are just some made up dates which show as available and once you proceed with the full application hoping that you get one of those dates, and end up paying the fee they charge (usually $50), you’ll get the REAL dates which won’t be available for the dates who were shown in the previous calendar before making the payment. Another difference I noticed before and after making the payment is the way to “Get help”. Before payment it shows two options contact by phone or email, after making payment it only shows contact by email. I haven’t received a response to my email inquiry for about 36+ hours now. I also see no signs of getting my $50 refund back as they anyways couldn’t get the the promised appointment dates.

I paid to have a Vietnam Visa completed for myself and my partner. The fees were $70. We had an expected date of delivery of January 2, 2023. We were flying into Vietnam on January 4, 2023. The government website showed a 2-3 day turnaround and we completed all requirements 11 days in advance. They failed to contact us, never provided the service, admitted to their failure claiming they take longer now, and agreed to refund the amount. But they never refunded the amount. Worse yet, we were then required to pay $498 to get a 2 -hour emergency turnaround time with a reputable company which obtained the Visas in 90 minutes. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely awful company, customer service and simply fabricates its products and ability to help you. To top it off they lie about attempts, status, processes and refunds. Run, don’t walk away. UPDATE: Now 7 months later, the applications still says pending, they never refunded the money, and they are still the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. American Express did refund the money although they attempted to dispute the reversal.

At first I thought this was great and easy and reviews made it sound amazing so I used them to travel to Bahamas!! Worked really well getting there and my wife used the country’s government website hers was just as easy and less expensive!!! The real problem came with coming home I had to take a Covid test to return to United States but they had no clue who alys was and couldn’t upload my negative results and alys had no info of how to upload my negative results I called alys number with no answer and emails to them showed no response and now there was no way to enroll in travel visa through Bahamas government since I hadn’t from the start!!! Meanwhile I spent 4 hours on phone calling Bahamas government so I could get my negative results so I could load them with airline to return home!! Nightmare using this service and no one ever answers phone if you want to travel with no headache just use government website for travel visa I feared getting stuck!!

Similar to other reviewers, I was succumbed to the stresses of this app filing the incorrect information on my Vietnam visa, specifically the port of entry. Initially, I was optimistic because of the ease and usability of Atlys , but once I received the visa a few days later, I was disappointed by the glaringly obvious mistake - the port of entry was listed as Nha Trang, while we were arriving at Da Nang. It took literally 20 back and forth emails over a few weeks to finally get this resolved, and when they told me it was resolved, one of our two visas were STILL incorrect. One more follow-up finally got them to upload the correct documents, but…yikes…the amount of errors could get customers with less attention to detail (or less time) in some trouble.

I was having issues with the official Vietnam e-visa portal not processing my application after several attempts which is why I download this app. The process of filling out the new app on this app was easy enough along with payment. After submitting, I promptly got an email asking what my entry port would be because Vietnam is typically strict with that so I replied “Hanoi.” Waited several days until the ETA date (again accurate as to when I received my passport). Realized after checking through the PDF that they had the wrong port of entry (Van Don) rather than Hanoi which I thought was surprising given I literally had an email conversation that I clarified during.

Tried to reach out via email to get this fixed with 2 days to my flight which had me very stressed all the way up until my arrival in Vietnam, the support email did not reply to me regarding this and I was left to just figure it out on my own. Now, everything just so happened to work out okay because I got in late and the immigration officer didn’t really bother looking at my visa, but had I seen a different person or had a different experience I may have had a lot more trouble to deal with.

If you go through this app, do it with plenty of time to figure out potential issues that may arise. I went through the official portal one month in advance and only resorted to this app last minute bc I was having problems with that.

This service is legit, I’m currently in Kenya solely because of Atlys. I applied super late (3 business days before flight) so it came super late (10 hours before flight) but it did come. I will never deal with the headache of going through a government website for an E-visa ever again. I’ve spent hours applying for different visas on government websites, sometimes it eventually works sometimes it doesn’t. My Kenya visa took me 6 minutes flat to do 2 for me and my partner. Say what you will but it’s worth a 10$ service charge. The only way Atlys isn’t beneficial to you is if multiple hours of you time is worth less than 10 dollars

Atlys defines changed my attitude towards receiving various visas!!! It automatically booked all the needed flights, hotels, photos to pick up and even USPS stamps so I only needed to print and send all the needed documents via mail and wait for my visas to be stamped into my passport and sent back.
Everything worked great and I am now returning back from my European trip which was under a high risk before I found this service!
I want to also mention a fantastic support from Mohak! He was always ready to pick up my calls, answer all of my questions and genuinely cared about me getting the visa!

This review is for this app Black service. I was very worried when I couldn’t get any appointments with VFS Global for my Visa to France in 3 weeks. I tried contacting VFS to get in home service, but no luck. It used to be an easy walk in to the embassy but after Covid a lot of things changed. I searched online and found this app, clicked on this app Black. Within minutes, Mohak immediately was available on Whatssapp, and with 4 other staff on the group chat, they worked some relentless magic to get me an appointment for in-home Visa processing and biometrics. After the intake, it took 10 business days to get my passport and Visa back from the embassy via Fedex Next Day air!!!! Thrilled and so glad for this app. I will be using this again and again for my trips moving forward. Saved me time, hassle, and worth it. Highly recommend!!! Thank you.

Used it for my China visa and really enjoyed the experience. Below are reasons why I will now stick to this app for my visas :

1. Took 3 mins to apply: Applying was fairly easy and I was able to connect my ITR and GST.
2. Certainty: from the get go, they were clear when I can get my visa including showing public holidays. My visa application was days before Chinese new year and that transparency helped me plan better.
3. Express pick up: they picked up my documents the same day. They use Porter so had to call them to make sure it’s real. Id prefer they have more WhatsApp notifications around passport logistics.
4. Real time map: this was excellent. At all points I could see where my passport is.
5. Security: I loved the emphasis on security. Probably a small deal but matters a lot to me esp with my passport so stuff like “passport stored in locker” reassured me.
6. Real time tracking : I got status updates almost daily. This was reassuring. My feedback is to also send these updates via email and WhatsApp if possible.
7. Customer service: I made 2 calls during the process. I got callbacks in 15ish minutes during working hours but after 2-3 hours during late night. I hope they add 24x7 calling. The CS was helpful and addressed my questions well.

Overall, highly recommend this app.

Update as of Dec 2022: used this app for the 3rd time and now I can’t live without it!

Used this app to do my Schengen visa for Germany. Saved me 2+ days since it figured I don't need to travel all the way to NYC for an appointment. I was able to get my photos, notary, bank statements, forms, pretty much everything done. it's a new way to do visas and I spent less than 5 minutes. The support was helpful and it seems they genuinely want you to get longer term visas. 10/10 highly recommended

this app is definitely a service to reckon when it comes to getting a visa. I had signed up with them last year for a schengen visa but had to leave the country for work, I came back this year and they were able to help me get back on track within a day and got my schengen visa within a week. Manan and Sapna provided exceptional service and made sure all my documents were in order. Will definitely come back to them for all my future visa needs.

Getting schengen visa is very stressful lately due to the high number of application. I tried to find myself a slot for appointment and having to check one by one takes a long time. this app does that for me. Not only that, I’ve rescheduled multiple times and all times they’ve always been helpful in finding the earliest date available for me.

I lost $5,000 dollars because ATLYS processed my visa wrongly. When I requested the visa I wrote on the application that I was traveling on August 26, 2023 and ATLYS processed my visa to expired on August 27, one day before I arrive to India. Qatar airways did not allow me to board my flight because I was going to arrive in India with an expired visa processed by ATLYS. Now, I am canceling all my reservations and because it is too close to services I am loosing all the money I paid and ATLYS is refusing to take any responsability. DO NOT USE ATLYS IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL SAFE!!!!
