iVisa: Online Travel Visa & ID Reviews

Although I found iVisa easy to use, I was shocked when my credit card was charged before I was half-way through. It made me nervous because I had shared so much information already and feared it was a scam that took my money and now had my credit card number, passport info, etc.

I enjoy the peace they give and quick response to questions I may have. They handle everything for you so you don’t have to deal with embassy and government directly.

this app has come thru in the clutch. When time was limited for reasonable price. We will certainly be doing business for years to come, God willing !😊

Got my family of 5 visas so fast to Ecuador and Peru. Awesome

Apply directly to the government of the country you are traveling to. This company overcharges ($200 more than If we had applied to Australian government directly). If there is a delay there is NO customer service. My sister missed her trip as a result. We were led astray because this pops up first in the search for the Australian ETA app. DO NOT USE!!!

Used iVisa to apply for an online tourist visa. Really easy to use, you can pay with cc or paypal!

Very easy to complete no complications

First there’s Frequent crashes and freeze up for days so it’s unreliable.
Second if you need any help there’s none oh there’s a chat, and the expert is working on it but …
Not worth the Time and Money

Paid $300 for expedited, 1 hour processing & after 3 hours & our visas still haven’t been delivered. Went to a different app paid $20 & received immediately.

Ease of use and very convenient!

Don’t get iVisa. It will cost you almost double of what your 601 tourist visa would normally cost. This place is trying to look like Australian ETA and they are not. Dodgy.

These people are smart scammers but not directly scam. You will have a lot of headaches if you apply a visa through them and they may not get you the visa. Because they will say they will on time but once they receive your money they will keep sending you an email which they requesting some more information or documents which you already submitted to them but they keep doing that until they you you gave up and cancel your trip. This was our first time to go through them and last. All the other places we used apply visa never say something like this. So be aware these smart scammers

Do not use their service for a China Visa! I almost had to reschedule my trip because of this app. I started my visa process two months prior to my trip, only to find out that they don't understand the visa application process either. One month before my trip, they asked me to change my flight.

Throughout the process of working with them, I couldn't speak to anyone over the phone. They can only be reached via chatbot, WhatsApp, and email.

In the end, I found another visa service and received my visa within two weeks.

iVisa is a fraud. It doesn’t provide you with the correct information to obtain a visa. I purchased a year subscription with them for over $100 and the documentation visa that they sent me was rejected upon my arrival at customs to my destination. I emailed them and asked for a refund and cancellation of my account and they “denied my request and told me they’re keeping the money.” “Angela - Support Specialist.” I do not recommend. I travel internationally quite frequently and you’re better off dealing with the country directly oppose to using these third parties.

Paid for express 4 hour return on a visa. Missed my original flight and the rebooking. Right near the 4 hour mark I got a notification on iVisa saying i would have my documents by 2:26. That time came around and all it said after was “reviewing.” Seems to be at a standstill and nothing has changed, doesn’t even look like my order has been touched. Terrible customer service, only said my order was highest priority, takes ages to respond, if at all. Worst experience and it cost me A LOT.

While iVisa/program will eventually get you a visa, they’ll charge you multiple times more than what it actually costs through the government. Don’t use the expedited service up charge, they didn’t deliver in 30 minutes and they won’t refund you.

Easy and thorough site to navigate. They asked all the right questions. I feel confident they know what they are doing.

I used iVisa to get an Australian visa. It worked, but I paid an $80 processing fee above the $20 charged by the Australian government. My husband used the Australian govt app “Australian ETA”and only paid $20 for his visa. Both our visas came by email within minutes of applying, so the process time was no different. Don’t use iVisa for an Australian visa.

If you want to pay 12 times the cost of your visa in service fees this is iVisa for you! Do yourself a favor and use this as a guide for what you may need then just find the appropriate applications online. Charging a 60 USD to process a 5 dollar visa to Canada. 🤯

iVisa is a Scam! Don’t get fooled! They change customer service staff every time when you email them, and they always respond back with the same response, same words, and the problem has never been solved once!

I had a terrible experience trying to process the visa with iVisa. I was charged $140 dollars for visa processing and I was assured my application was in order to get accepted. I was surprised that they told me that my application was denied with no explanation: when I tried to contact this app I found the support very unhelpful. I highly don’t recommend iVisa and encourage you to use a trusted travel agent instead it’s a waste of money

I needed an eta visa within 60 min and first submitted an application through this app because they advertised it as being reviewed within 60 minutes. I paid the expedited fee and everything. After 45 min passed, I decided to use the Australian embassy app and submitted another app. It was approved within minutes.

Was trying to get a Visa from the US to Australia and thought this was the correct site. They charge $110 US dollars for what you can get through the Australian government for $20. Halfway through using iVisa I realized my mistake and went through the Aussie government website. One day after using iVisa (and providing lots of information about myself) someone in China was trying to use my credit card to add to their PayPal account. Coincidence? I think not. Please know that this is NOT the way to get a visa to visit Australia!

Avoid if you can. They messed up my wife’s Vietnam visa and I took them for their word that everything was cleared. There were errors in our visa when we trying to board our flight and that led to our flight out of Japan to be delayed for a day and I used another company to get an expedited visa for which I had to pay 350 dollars to get done. I will never use them again and anyone reading this should be aware that they do not check their work. They did refund her cost of the visa but the damage was more and we lost 2 days of our trip bc of this.

These people are either scammers or incredibly incompetent to the point of negligence. Our documents have been repeatedly rejected even though we checked with the consulate and they confirmed that our documents are in order. When we reached out to support, they just give a canned response and reject the documents again. What’s even worse is that they refuse to withdraw our application so that we can apply ourselves. Trust the other 1 star reviews and stay far away from this company.

They sent me customs declaration form instead of visa after I reached out to them on whatapp number. I explain the problem specifically asking for visa to Brazil. They don’t even acknowledge my text. I just wanted them to change the order to visa. But they are ignoring me. I’m going to write to Brazilian embassy complaining not that they can do anything but make sure they don’t recommend them.

That’s crazy… I tried obscure names, nouns, verbs, adjectives… but after like 11 attempts I gave up. Maybe it’s just not working right

this app will continue to say it’s not their fault, blame either me or the government of Australia, but I must at least tell everyone my experience (spoiler alert: I’ll cost me $300 because they refuse to refund).

1. I did the super-rush service for an Australian visa and paid nearly $300 for it (the need for the rush was my fault, not theirs).

2. The following day, as my flight approached, I did not have any communication back other than “waiting for government” (spoiler alert: you can go straight to the government and skip step 1!).

3. Since they do not have any additional expertise or contacts to move this through - I can tell you “super rush” versus regular, is the same queue.

4. I had 2.5 hrs before my flight and an agent suggested that this was not a legit service for $300 and told me to just use the standard ETA.

5. I used the standard Australian ETA app, paid $20, and got the visa in 2 hours, made my flight, and STILL hours ahead of this app’s Australian queue from the day before.

I can only speak to my Australian Visa experience, they refuse to refund my money at all, even though they knew it was clearly obsolete once I received it the Visa from ETA.

At least pleas beware that: super-rush was not a real rush, since standard queue was quicker anyway!

iVisa is full of valuable information about visas. It’s convenient to have it all on my phone instead of searching through a bunch of web pages. I love that I can even get a visa on my smart phone if needed!

Useless service! Applied for Visa for Bhutan and paid the fees. Even after four weeks, they still could not complete the process! Bhutan Immigration kept telling us that they didn’t get the application while this app kept insisting they submitted it. We were in touch with Bhutan embassy who kept checking for us! Finally, we gave up and applied by ourselves and got it in three days!! Incompetent service. Very poor responses when we tried to tell them that they didn’t submit the application!!! Would NEVER use them again!!!!!
