Camera never focuses tap to focus doesn’t work

This app would be way more useful except I can’t ever get it to pick up the tags! My camera is fine I do not think the developer is properly using the camera API. I cannot tap to focus nor zoom in making the app useless. It only focuses from a far distance and then the tag is too small to read from there. My camera is not the issue it works fine in other app. Using 13 Pro on latest ios version.

Nice little app. Two suggestions to make it 5 stars: first, add an option to show temperatures in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius (or even just cool, warm, or hot). Second, the app should make it more obvious when the scanner has completed and results are ready to review. Other than that I like it!

This app is fantastic! It works as advertised, and I wish I had this tool for the last several years when I have mistreated several garments by not being able to understand the care symbols. This developer obviously put a fair amount of work and time into this app, and he/she should definitely be compensated for his/her work. Thank you!
