How to fix ClipDrop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ClipDrop app on iPhone
Update ClipDrop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ClipDrop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ClipDrop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ClipDrop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ClipDrop Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ClipDrop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ClipDrop App
1. On android, goto Settings » ClipDrop » click [Force Stop]

Update ClipDrop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ClipDrop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ClipDrop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ClipDrop.

Fix ClipDrop unable to contact server/ ClipDrop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ClipDrop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ClipDrop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ClipDrop
