Needs an iPad app (that works in landscape mode)!

What a let down. Ap doesn’t fill entire screen and your forced to hold the iPad vertically as the ap is not designed to work while holding the iPad horizontally. Too much work scrolling through all the advertisements to find actual news content. The headlines are incomplete and cut off in mid sentence. So disappointed in your ap.

CBSChicago is garbage! Every time I open it it freezes as soon as I open it! Also, it overheats my iPhone even when just running in the background! Once my iPhone even showed the cool down thermometer because of this stupid app! CBSChicago is GARBAGE and I am deleting it! Get the ABC 7 or NBC 5 app instead!

Hello. Why do I have to constantly hit the more news button after 3 news stories. Kinda annoying. Lol. Anyway leave out the more stories button and let us just keep scrolling down to see more stories. Thank you.

I’ll receive a notification on my phone about an interesting story. I touch the notification which opens CBSChicago but the story is nowhere to be found. Fooled me twice, shame on me. Fooled me three times, nope! Not falling for that again.

Why isn’t there a version for iPad. Landscape and full page view. Liked old App better. On channel 7 Chicago App you can just scroll through the stories! CBSChicago needs some work!

CBSChicago continually freezes. Why must someone keep hitting More News. I get locked in it each time. Not usable. Bring back old app or fix

I have an iPad, you changed the setup to the long way. It’s odd to have to turn my pad to read my news. I like the other format.

Less user friendly than CBSChicago it replaced.

I'm using an iPad Pro but I'm stuck with a mobile (phone) version? Can you please offer an iPad version?

My biggest complaint is that if you do an alert on a story we expect the video on the page you go to to be about that story not whatever happens to be on the live feed at the moment. Yes. It’s nice if there’s a photo with the text, but if there’s a video link about a person arrested for whatever we expect the video link to go to that not weather, or puppies, etc.

If the video is to the live stream it should be labeled that. Thanks for this start though.
