My cc was scammed and as a result payments to OF were returned which should have been only one pay which was made to a scammer. Now I owe $77.71 to OF and 2 other cc’s will not go through. My account is locked. I want to get this taken care of. Is there a way to pay by phone? Please advise next steps to fix the situation.
