WildSymphony didn’t recognize the pages and crashed four times while I was reading the book to my daughter (using the arrow buttons on WildSymphony ) the first time.

After that disaster, I was able to get WildSymphony to sometimes recognize pages when sitting by myself pointing it at a book open flat on a table. But what’s the use of that? This is not going to be “magical” or “intuitive” or even very useful.

But on the plus side you can hear all about dan brown if you bought the book mostly because it has a celebrity author and don’t want to actually read to a child with it.

I spent a wonderful afternoon with my grandkids, 3 and 6, the book and WildSymphony. The 3-year-old was proud of his responsibility for aiming the camera at each page, and we all enjoyed the beautiful music. WildSymphony worked nicely. Just make sure the kids don’t cover the camera lens with their fingers when aiming at a book page.

My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this book. She giggles at how the music sounds like the animals and loves picking what page to play next. I just wish we could find more books and interfaces like this

I was able to use WildSymphony when I first saw the book a year ago, now that I’ve finally bought the book, WildSymphony is not using my camera to allow the game features of the book. It will play music, but there’s no interactivity between the book and phone. Would love to use this in my classroom. Please fix this glitch!!

Being able to sit with my 4 year old, point the phone at a page, and get a musical experience alongside the book is a unique and compelling experience. Works reliably.

My daughter loves this book. WildSymphony will play the songs and display a corresponding image.

WildSymphony however makes my phone run SO HOT. By the time I’m done reading I’ve lost 8%-12% of my battery. I’ve used WildSymphony on iPhone X and the new 12 Pro. Force-close WildSymphony when you close the book and save yourself.

WildSymphony cannot be oriented to the other horizontal side, so I have to take my ipad out of its case in order to play it for my students. It also seems to have no interactive elements to it. The music is beautiful though, just wish WildSymphony had more to offer.

Can’t imagine this book without the accompanied music from WildSymphony!

WildSymphony constantly goes from a selected animal to the beetle. For no reason at all. Happens quite frequently. Makes for not being able to relax to the music with the child.

Such a great idea, and we loved the music and had memorable time going through each page. However, in the time it took to finish the book (using WildSymphony ) my iPhone 12 became very hot to the touch. Deleted app from phone as that can’t be good...

The music is wonderful. But WildSymphony makes my iphone hot and goes through battery so quickly even though I downloaded the latest version.

Love the book - app crashes constantly. Camera doesn’t work at all.

The book and music were both great, but WildSymphony doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. It’ll play the music, but only works manually. Me pointing WildSymphony at the book does nothing. If anyone knows of a way to fix this your advice works be much appreciated...

WildSymphony and the accompanying book are so beautifully done. A must for any kid, and even adults can enjoy!

This isn’t really a review, I need help! I have WildSymphony , allowed camera to be active. I don’t know what I’m pointing at the page, no magic happens. I can play the music, but I thought when I pointed something ? at the page, that music would play. Maybe I misunderstood something.

Wave your phone over each page of Dan Brown’s Wild Symphony book and WildSymphony magically plays beautiful, corresponding music and imagery. So, so cool.

WildSymphony doesn’t work! You can’t listen to any of the music. App crashes immediately should never have been released until it was right. What was the rush to release poor quality at a high price? Makes no sense!

I love the book and the music but WildSymphony is TERRIBLE. It makes my phone really hot (I have a nice iPhone 11) and I can’t close out of WildSymphony easily. Also can’t figure out the whole picture thing so I do it manually each time to flip pages.

Bought the book, downloaded WildSymphony and enabled camera. Turned on Bluetooth. Scanned pages with camera and nothing happened. Deleted app as suggested and reinstalled. Still nothing. So disappointed

WildSymphony is using too much battery and makes my iPhone XS pro max very hot. Using it for 20 mins costs me 37% of the battery.
