This app does not work

Hi- I would love to return this app if at all possible. I does not do what it says it will do. I tried the pulse, temperature and pulse ox parts and none of them worked. This product is terrible and I would really appreciate a refund.
MUST have Watch Series 6!!

Paid $4 for this app specifically to use the oxygen portion and not until purchasing this app did it say Series 6 was required.
