Crashes, Notifications Make No Sense

I got this and bought premium because I really wanted another way to slice and dice my data and keep myself motivated. That it has widgets and could help me create a dashboard of sorts was a great plus.
The problems started almost immediately. When trying to scroll down the screen, things stop, nothing is clickable, the header and text that scrolls up overlaps and jumbles. Only closing the app resolves it, but the problem has continued every time I’ve attempted to check the app. Moreover, I get congratulated for workouts from days ago. I just got about five congratulations notifications for workouts yesterday or days prior. All at once. It’s kind of pointless.
Don’t buy it.

I want to like this app but upon opening it is very slow and sluggish on my iPhone 12.
I have over 360 workouts but when I click around or try to view my workout it responds very poorly.
