Their US warehouse is not available since March 10th. I have to send it to Hong Kong warehouse. The shipping cost is too high. Customer service only suggests me to send out. So I sold a pair of shoes for $200 and need to pay $250 for shipping. What a good idea!?

Poison’s return policy is incredibly unreasonable. Do not use them. Use a more reputable site that gives you time to try the shoes on and initiate a return if needed.

I paid a good piece of money for a pair of shoes that was supposed to be to here by the 29th of March but in POIZONSneakerapparel it said my order was canceled due to fraudulent shipment. This gives me scam vibes and would not recommend getting shoes from POIZONSneakerapparel. I won’t be surprised if my money doesn’t get refunded back to me.
