Their US warehouse is not available since March 10th. I have to send it to Hong Kong warehouse. The shipping cost is too high. Customer service only suggests me to send out. So I sold a pair of shoes for $200 and need to pay $250 for shipping. What a good idea!?
Poison’s return policy is incredibly unreasonable. Do not use them. Use a more reputable site that gives you time to try the shoes on and initiate a return if needed.
POIZON is trash. They take advantage of sellers double charge you on shipping cost. Don’t use this place. Use any other platforms like StockX or goat or any of those kinds because poison is the worst experience I’ve had in any of the sneaker platforms horrible customer service
For whatever reason buyers are able to cancel a purchase even after the seller ships the item out causing a big inconvenience for the seller. Buyer is free to cancel within 24 hours with no penalty to them meaning as the seller you have to wait a whole day after a sale to know for sure it's gonna sell. Complete waste of time
I sold a pair on this app which for some reason has two different SKU’s available? (It’s the same shoe) the Lebron NXXT metallic white’s. So they failed my product with no reason given originally and then sent it to their warehouse for the return address, saying I chose that option myself, when I was never given an option in the first place. They also expect me to pay for shipping back to me after they’ve already charged me a failure fee (it’s the correct product and same sku is on StockX) don’t sell or buy here its a scam.
So I ordered shoes and I used the klarna app to buy them. I did the whole process. They took my money but then poison website said “oops something went wrong so I tried to call them. They never answer and then all of a sudden my order was canceled and refunded, but without my permission so POIZON is weird don’t recommend. I asked for a refund and now I’m waiting for my refund.
Terrible application, I wanted to buy some sneakers and they charged me, after a few minutes they canceled it and they have not returned my money. This is garbage
I really wanted to use POIZON as this was the only place I could find a specific pair of shoes. However POIZON won’t allow me to save an address even when its all good to go. Makes me really sad but I guess I’ll just have to look else where.
POIZON cannot verify at all i took a picture of shoes i got off nike website to test the ai and it keeps running me through taking more pictures. Ive taken 10 pictures the way they told me too still cant tell if they are real smh i know they are because i got them from the source but i wanted to test the system
I paid a good piece of money for a pair of shoes that was supposed to be to here by the 29th of March but in POIZON it said my order was canceled due to fraudulent shipment. This gives me scam vibes and would not recommend getting shoes from POIZON. I won’t be surprised if my money doesn’t get refunded back to me.

Wouldn’t let me creat an account. Kept saying i needed at least 6 character with #’s & letters. I can assure you tried SEVERAL that should’ve worked. Unfortunate.

overall POIZON is okay, the customer service is terrible and rude and they don’t really come to help when you need it and shipping takes too long and service looks sketchy and i’m not sure if they sell reps or not but yeah overall not a very good app
The ordering process is simple but the shipping is very long. I placed my order August 31 and the estimated arrival was September 14 however my order was canceled September 10 due to it not passing inspection but I appreciate the honesty they had.
Heyyy, you all should put Apple Pay on here as in like we can pay from our phone because everyone don’t have an Apple Pay card! Can you all please make it easy for us? Because it took forever for me to pay for my shoes. Because at first I thought you all took Apple Pay from phone into I saw you have to have a Apple Card. I had to find another way to pay :(

II ordered some shoes for my wife II ordered some shoes for my wife. But she travels a lot, and she just came back. So the first day she put on the shoes, she says it feels really tight I don't understand. I ordered an 8 1/2. and we checked on the inside of the shoe. And it turns out we were sent a 7th. So I tried to contact the. people from poizon. And they told me, well, you should have checked it within 3 days. But how does it make any sense? My wife didn't try the shoes on until we had the shoes here for about a month. Because she did just come back from her travel. You assumed that they ship the correct parts and don't ship. the shoe size one and a half smaller. Really bad service. No, response have sent numerous emails and tech. s and all I get is Well, you should check it within three days. I'm going to put some YouTube videos on the Internet and. would strongly tell people not to buy from this company. Really bad customer service. I have seen a number of.
