I signed up for a free trial to get help with one assignment. I canceled two days before the date i was supposed to be charged on. Everything looked good on my end, it showed no subscriptions. Well the last day of my free trial rolls around and I get charged $95 for a yearly subscription that I 1. didn’t even select upon signing up and 2. thought I cancelled. Don’t pay for Numerade, it’s not worth the money they drain out of your account. If i could give less than one star i 100% would.

I don’t know what this game it keeps acting for my email and I do not wanna share my information. Can you at least do phone number and it said couldn’t find phone number try email instead and that’s how they hack Into peoples account I’m going to try gauth.

I hate Numerade and website. A scam. Made me think I cancelled the subscription but was not. because I was just using free trial and cancelled right away when they didn’t have it and have not been back on Numerade. Hate it.

The Mobile App is completely unusable, doesn’t display full answer because the text glitches off screen and doesn’t allow for scrolling

I paid for the one month subscription to get some help for my statistics homework but every time i opened the problem i needed help with, it kept telling me i needed to purchase a subscription. I checked my bank account and they already charged me too. I emailed them to help me out with this or to just give me a refund and i never got a response. So don’t invest in this unless you are asking to get robbed. Thank god I didn’t buy the one year subscription. I’d literally give zero stars if i could.

They will keep trying to charge you for this website or app and then not allow you an option to actually cancel even after messaging them and emailing them multiple times! Don’t use! They also don’t even give you actual answers, that are correct! I would give - 5 stars if I could. Numerade will lead you to the website to cancel subscription and then the website won’t allow you to.

I should of been sketched when I saw they were charging $200 for a one year subscription on Numerade that doesn’t even work. The 7 day free trial is a lie they will charge your card immediately and when you reach out to them they will glance over the issue and tell you to contact your bank to cancel. Support team, don’t even bother replying to this to make your app look better because you know what you are doing. I am reporting Numerade and your company. gross.

Sent a biology question not even close. The video was wrong and not even close to my question.
Gave it another try on biology not even close again. Who ever is sending the videos isn’t doing a good job.
I tried a math problem still used the math app to check my answer and your video wasn’t even close to my question. Won’t be using from now on. Sorry not for me? Not a cheater just checking on my maybe answers. Ask a friend first.

Please listen to the other reviews. This people are trying to steal your money. Not only that but the service isn’t even useful. I’m almost convinced that the positive reviews are bots they created because its just that hard to believe anyone would be remotely happy with this terrible service. Not only are some answers completely unrelated to the questions, the platform is buggy and some videos would not load possibly because they were broken. They straight up lie, which is something that quite honestly should be legally pursued because if you promise that you can cancel anytime ON THE WEBSITE you should be able to. Instead there’s literally no option. They lie to you and want to steal your money. Stay away from these scammers if you want to keep your money.

I have just purchased it and search to detect the % of AI text which I have given . It’s says 100% human . So stupidity and next how I can trust that it can convert AI text into Human text. so shame

Like all subscription services, they are very slimy with their free trial, this is next level. I opted for monthly payment after the trial… In case this happened. It’s pricey, but I can handle being billed for a month or two. I was still billed for an annual trial, which is $179.

I’m a student and I’ve loved the website version of this for a while, but I thought the mobile version might be easier for when I don’t have access to my laptop. Not sure if this is just my phone, but Numerade is almost unusable. I can’t watch the videos in landscape and when I try to lock my phone in landscape to see if it will work it just stops playing the video and exits out of the video. I barely move my phone and it immediately exits the video too. I’ve tried multiple times to find a work around and so far nothing is working. Also, when I pause a video and try to unpause it again it freezes and won’t let me click on anything. I’ve tried restarting Numerade and it does the same things over and over again.

I signed up for the free trial and then decided to get an annual subscription, so I knew that I would be charged for 1 year of use. However, I received a notification that my payment method did not go through AFTER my first year period ended and my card expired. I need to update the card that I used, but I also want to cancel my subscription, too. There is nowhere to update payment info (I did not use PayPal), and I can’t find how to cancel the subscription. I will be emailing them today, but I have read many other reviews on r/this app Reddit page that they do not respond to emails quickly, if at all.

Never going to do a free/trial again

The answers and the content Numerade provided me were unsatisfactory for my course requirements so I went ahead and “deleted” my account shortly after opening it. I believe that deleting your account and all its data since I would never use it again would mean cancelling the subscription and deleting the payment information. However I was just billed $30. On reading other reviews and Reddit…I saw that successful cancellations and recurrent billing is a common issue and may require extensive follow up to ensure you aren’t wrongfully charged.

$60 down the drain. $60 that I'll never ever see again. $60 that I needed for college. All because I was charged without being notified for 3 months. This website isn't worth 2 bucks a year. All I want is a refund as I haven't touched the platform in two months yet I'm still getting charged. Money is tight for a lot of people right now but this deceptive company still finds a way to take advantage of them.

Garbage scam company that has the worst AI generated answers and then has the balls to charge 30 bucks a month.. and then have popups appear every minute to make you pay

Sadly, I should have read reviews prior to even attempting this “platform”. I planned to try this app using the free trial period. It did not meet my needs so I went to cancel any subscription immediately. My account showed no subscription. My card info was not listed through Numerade . Checked my iOS and that also showed no subscription to this app. Great, I must be safe! Months later, I find a recurring charge with no email to confirm the subscription nor any further emails noting a recurring charge. Pay attention to your bank account! this app wants your money. They make it extra difficult to “cancel” and provide no customer service number to rectify their issues. Stay far away!

When I first found the website I just needed help with my college course statistics homework. But when I tried to find videos to help for certain questions I couldn’t find any of them. Also I did the subscription and I canceled it. But they’re still trying to charge my card. This place is a scam cause there’s not even an option for you to remove your card information. Also there’s no number you can call you have to email them and they don’t even respond. Ridiculous and it’s not even worth the prices they’re trying to charge.

I signed up for a free trial many months ago and almost immediately cancelled my subscription for the premium, as I only needed the premium account to look at one question and then I immediately went to cancel the subscription (as I always do when I sign up for a free trial) or so I thought, so I was surprised when I got a bill for the next month. Then, I unsubscribed again (so I thought). I didn’t see it in my credit card statements after that, so I thought I was successful. Now, more than 6 months later, I saw another charge, and that I had been paying them $20 a month for ~8 months. It was then a pain to get into my account and cancel the subscription. 100% not worth using. This is the first 1 star review I’ve ever left on Numerade store.

Horrible app, won’t let you cancel anytime as they state, the answers it gives are somehow always halfway and even by paying you have to watch ads meaning you have to pay even more for this app+. It’s a scam and out to charge poor students out there, payment is every WEEK not monthly.

Wanted to check some answers for HE and both answers had nothing to do with my problem. Tried to cancel my free trial, and they took multiple days to do so. You have to contact someone to cancel. Do not buy.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost two months. I followed the required steps by submitting a request to cancel. Afterwards, I received an email that asked for the email used to create the account and the last four digits of my card number. I sent the information and did not receive a reply, after a couple weeks, I reached out again. It’s been two months and still no response. I was charged for another month and had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I then cancelled my credit card. Please do not sign up for this subscription. You will not be able to unsubscribe.

I had the free trial less than a day before I canceled. I sent the request the same night in October. I removed my bank information to avoid a charge. On the second week of November I got charged a subscription fee. I went to my this app account and I had the free version and I was not getting any of the premium subscription perks. Later that day I got the confirmation cancellation email after the charge. Emailed support about it considering they should not have been able to charge my card. Support was not helpful. They basically finesse you into a charge. Save yourself the time and effort do not try the free trial because it is not free.

I should’ve read (and listened to) the reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t and ended up signing up for the free trial. Similar to everyone else, I attempted to cancel the trial and have since been charged twice. I sent all the necessary messages to process the cancellation and still don’t have a solution two months later. I’ve been told that my account cancellation is being processed, that I would be getting a refund, and that nothing else was needed from me, yet none of that has happened. Just save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for study help. It’s not worth the headaches.

Don’t use free trials. Numerade wants to attract users by free trials but they make the cancellation very difficult to prevent users from canceling. I replied to their email, and an employee of Customer Service told me the subscription has set to be canceled. However, on my billing page, it still shows I haven’t canceled the subscription and there is even an upcoming charges! How ridiculous! I responded to cancel it the first day I signed up, and they are going to charging me subscription fees!
Also, the Customer Service team don’t reply to my emails.

I recently tried the free trial, and had decided to cancel, but when I requested the cancellation, I got no reply or confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. Clearly just trying to trap you in the subscription and steal your money. It says I have an upcoming $50 charge when I never committed to that plan at all. Even now I’m not sure if I will be billed soon or not.

Never trust Numerade. They just out to steal peoples money. What was a one week free trial end up been $95 on my bank statement. Deleted the account the same day and they end up still charging me . That’s stealing from people to make it worse and not even a student what benefits is it going to be to me and the number that’s was given to me by my bank do not work either. I have tried 3 times to cancel my subscription and every time I send them a message. I can no longer afford it and it is causing me to go negative but when I send them a message to cancel they never do. They are just taking my money when I don’t even use their crap anymore.

I tried to login with gmail it saying like “ some error occurred please try late” all the day by the way my mail id and password enter correctly but its the popup getting all the time

makes it confusing to cancel your subscription, cannot do it in Numerade and only on the website. help article on their website actively lies about there being a cancel subscription button under the Billing tab, there is not and instead you have to contact customer service, and they try to trick you by ignoring your request if you don’t reply to their email. i’ve removed my billing info months ago only to still be charged, plus they still charge you if you delete your account. they also won’t refund at all. not to mention many of the video answers are either incorrect or off topic. it’s a disgusting predatory scam.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do your research and look up how many times people have said they continued to charge them even after cancelling.

I sign up for the free trial just to view one question which I really wasn’t happy with the answer. Anyways before my trial ended I cancelled my subscription and I think everything is fine. Then a week later I still get a $120 charge for the annual subscription. I log back into my account and now there isn’t a cancel option or even an option to remove my card info. I end up having to dispute the charge with my bank and cancelling my bank card and getting a replacement.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. Use an alternative there’s plenty of them that don’t do shady ish like this

Used it for a question, got an unskippable video at an incredibly slow pace and THE VIDEO DIDNT ANSWER THE QUESTION. The memberships are also unrefundable, I don’t usually write reviews but genuinely do not give these people a penny, spend your money on chegg or another reputable service.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription the day of sign up and have been charged for the full year! I need someone to contact me asap to get a full refund!

They removed the cancellation button so one can’t unsubscribe. I can’t cancel through the website or through Numerade . Plus answers are wrong. Don’t get Numerade at all I already reported it as a fraud/scam.

Unable to get a refund, I have submitted multiple requests with no reply, as you can see from the majority of the reviews everyone else experienced the same issue, this is more than likely just a scam.

I've read similar reviews about the difficulties of canceling. The developer told others there is a cancel option to submit. I canceled my subscription at the end of this month through apple and received three emails from this app validating the cancellation. I checked my account at the start of the new month and I was charged again for a monthly fee? Also, when purchasing the monthly fee awhile back, the video answers still required me to watch adds in order to view? So I had to keep validating my subscription and changing it to weekly. Numerade definitely has bugs and cancelling is difficult. Not worth it to me.

Video help takes forever and when looking at steps there’s no zoom option after seeing complete steps, more than half of the help is cutoff so it’s impossible to see what you did wrong or right.

Can’t cancel through Numerade if you did it on the website 🤦🏾‍♀️ Annoying, but not that bad. Went on the website, and there is no cancellation button!! You keep responding to people saying there is a cancellation button and there is not…! All it says is what type of subscription you have and the details of it. There’s an option to update your payment method but not cancel? Seriously? It appears to be very greedy and sneaky! It’s a shame, the video options for help are really comprehensive. And they even have a textbook option! Just wish it was easier to navigate, and for that I’m giving it 3 stars when it could be 5!

As a 7th grader who is studying challenging mathematics, Numerade is a huge help for study. This is such an amazing app that helps you get a better understanding in the AI chat with an AI tutor. I 100% recommend Numerade!

Needed help with my physics homework, so i got the trial. I ended up paying for the subscription because it’s that good.

It answered every question with detailed steps. It also had every physics book out there with every question and videos to explain it ! Def recommend it if you’re a student struggling with any type of math !

Numerade seriously helped me with my stats homework. I liked the demonstration videos, and how some of the tutors were able to break down the different problems. The only issue I had was 1.) some of the tutors answers were wrong because they missed a step. 2.) the didn’t fully explain the problem they just gave you an idea of what the answer is. 3.) I had to use other resources to get a live tutor to help me with some problems that were not mentioned in the videos. However, other than that I highly recommend Numerade!!

this app is by far the best homework help app. I’m taking two statistics classes, I have homework just about every night. I first tried Quizlet, however they don’t show how the problems were worked out, therefore I’m not actually learning anything. With this app, I’m able to get the answer to my question, as well as learn how to do the problem myself. This helps prepare me to succeed on tests. I highly recommend Numerade to anyone in school.

There have been times where I would be so stressed and feel hopeless because I wasn’t understanding a topic in my math class. A lot of sites will often give the answers to your homework questions or similar ones, but this app gives actual steps to getting there. They have real teachers or tutors that walk you through a subject or problem, which really helps you to understand the topic, rather than just getting an answer which doesn’t really help you learn. It gives me reassurance to know that if I’m ever stuck on something, it’s always there to give me better help than most other sites

Numerade is a big help when it comes to helping me with homework and studying for tests/quizzes. You can search your school books and they’ll answer the questions you have. The other thing I like about Numerade is the amount of resources they provide. Numerade really needs more recognition for how helpful and useful it is. The only problem I had is that the tutors will sometimes make a mistake. They’ll l make a minor mistake because they missed a few steps or they misread the question. Overall Numerade is good and i’ll keep using it!

My statistics teacher assigns a lot of work based on our textbook. I like the fact that I’m able to cross reference the textbook solutions through this app if I’m stuck on a problem. The AI tutor is also cool. It gives me practice problems based on the videos I watch and areas I’m having trouble with. this app is a great resource to learn and actually understand information.

App has both video explanations to questions, one on one help from educators to help explain an answer, and of course access to textbook explanations. What’s really cool is that I can take a picture and upload the question that way and Numerade can usually recognize the question and help me figure out the answer.

this app has been such a great help for school. It gives you a great amount of options to choose from, it allows you to take a picture of any problem and it solves it for you. Its just like magic! it also provides you with lots of videos to look at that make for great practice .

I wasn’t sure at first since the problem from the book wasn’t solved - the diagram hadn’t been included and there was information there that wasn’t in the written problem. But I got a video answer back very quickly when I included the information from the video. ​‌   ‌   

I just recently started using Numerade and I’m so glad I did. It has almost anything you may need for homework and more. I’m the type of person to leave homework to the last minute and I sometimes find myself not understanding the work and wanting to ask my teacher but by that point it’s too late for that, therefore now that I have Numerade I don’t have to stress about that anymore knowing that I always have this tool if needed.

This platform is helpful for solving STEM related problems. I find it very interesting comparing other platforms. The main reason is this app provide video solutions while others put everything in text form. Solving anything in video format is like you interact with your teacher directly. Whereas text is just like you are reading and doing nothing. Another thing is that long video format will not bore you while long text can be painful to read. Besides, there is a high chance that you will lose easily in the maze of long text which is very painful.

I had to take Physics in college last semester. I have never been great at Math or science and I was concerned that a poor grade in Physics would bring down my gpa. I stumbled across this app a few weeks into the class and it changed my life. They had step by step video solutions for the exact physics textbook we were using in class. Numerade is totally worth it. The answers that I receive back are highly accurate. I passed my math exam in college with a 96% in the grade book. The answers that you receive back are nicely written and explained to you. I’ve been using Numerade ever since I was in high school and now I’m a freshman in college. I cannot speak highly enough about this app. The step by step video solutions have helped me immensely by solidifying my knowledge and understanding of the homework that I’m working through. I’ve used some of the other solutions out there (chegg 🤮😒) and the answers are never clear or even correct at times..... Unlike the competition, which has let me down time and time again, this app has honestly exceeded my expectations. I’m generally not one to leave reviews, but I wanted to extend my gratitude to the this app team and let all of you know that this is the back of the book answer section that we’ve all been waiting for. I recommend Numerade to all students.

The ai explains everything thoroughly and easy to understand. I may not understand my teacher but Numerade makes learning more fun and easy to learn!!

I love Numerade so much it has helped me a lot graduating school and getting through the last year of school before graduating. Numerade not only gives you the answers you need, but also explain step-by-step, which has helped me a lot because I have issues sometimes understanding subjects specially math and college algebra.
I just overall think Numerade is very easy to use, which has facilitated my use within Numerade . I just think Numerade has helped me become a better student and a better learner as well as being able to help other people understanding their homework or classwork..
I think there's a lot of apps that consist with helping you get the answers for homework or homework helpers, but I think Numerade has the best answers and explanations, then other apps that give you very short simple answers that multiple people have used and a lot of times can get you in trouble for copying and pasting some thing not original or something that has been used too many times.
