Annoying Marketing

I wanted to test the full app before subscribing. Most features are not available for testing. The ones that are available can’t be tested without annoying screens constantly reminding you to subscribe! I got frustrated after just a couple of minutes and then gave up. I can’t believe anybody thinks is is a good way to sell subscriptions! Plus, I’m sick and tired of all the apps with subscriptions. Enough already! Allow users to test the full app in peace for a limited time, then offer them to buy the app for a one-time payment afterwards!
Cannot connect

A hearing test with an expert is part of the service. I’ve done everything I can think of of connect with them but it always fails and suggests I try again later. There’s no option to send an email or call them. I can’t use this app as it is and that’s disappointing! I had high hopes for it.
