How to fix HyeId app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HyeId app on iPhone
Update HyeId app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HyeId iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HyeId on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HyeId network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix HyeId not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HyeId app issues:

Force Stop the HyeId App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HyeId app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HyeId to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HyeId App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HyeId app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HyeId.

Fix HyeId unable to contact server/ HyeId internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HyeId » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HyeId » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HyeId on android.
