As soon as you download SimplyTune, before you can even use it; you get bombarded with “are you enjoying our app” pop ups which prohibit the use of SimplyTune . Then, once you navigate away from that pop up another almost immediately comes asking you to write a review, after I clicked away 4 times in less than 2 minutes I decided to write a review and give it one star for too many annoying interruptions. This free app stinks.

Can’t even start the metronome without pop ups to leave a review so I can’t review what I think of it since it won’t let me use it before leaving a review.

Then ask to buy with no interruptions ..
With No commercials —no nothing only metronome.. people would remember it more ..
That’s ok steal my ideas — while u get rich..
hey Tom remember what hat metronome app - “Ya of course I do It was free 4 like 2 week trial and it had no interruptions ..
Let’s buy that one ..

Plus ask for reviews —after
25 mins instead of like —5 seconds of trying out ..

Be like all the rest ask do you like it wanna review it after I only tried it out for like 2 minutes maybe less .. how the blank can anyone give a Real review ..

All these metronome apps have the same old features —no body is original anymore..
No Basketballs — only remove the word Basket..

You get it…make a app that is completely different ..

Holy frijole, I just downloaded SimplyTune , started checking out the functions and it starts asking for a review in maybe 2 minutes. Then in 2 more, I couldn’t touch a single button without the “give us a review” pop up. Give me a chance to try it out, several hours of use at least.

That said, I won’t be using SimplyTune. After trying it out, rather disappointed. App starts at quarter notes, no obvious way to switch it to eighth or 16th notes. Sounds are mediocre at best, no obvious way to change the tempo. It’s great if all you want do is have a quarter note beat at 120 bpm.

Setting beats to 33 per minute allows me to get a rough check of my turntable speed

After tinkering with half a dozen or so metronome apps I settled on a favorite which is this one. Perfect balance and accessibility, clean and usefully practical.

I’m just writing this in the hopes of not being bugged by SimplyTune anymore so I can just get down to work.

Does everything I need it to do. Has background mode and a timer too.

It asks you to buy premium every time you try to change anything I turned the tempo up and cannot change it back because every time I try it demands I buy premium!
