i am not getting an option to upload files ....having an option to get the app so i am clicking on get the app and when i am installing the app it installed in mobile and not in my laptop

How to fix ToonMe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ToonMe app on iPhone
Update ToonMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ToonMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ToonMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ToonMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ToonMe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ToonMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ToonMe App
1. On android, goto Settings » ToonMe » click [Force Stop]

Update ToonMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ToonMe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ToonMe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ToonMe.

Fix ToonMe unable to contact server/ ToonMe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ToonMe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ToonMe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ToonMe
