Aim High Air Force Reviews

There’s just one issue I’ve spotted: in the packing for BMT section of AimHighAirForce , it is impossible to be more than 59% packed due to the “Air Force Provided Items” and “Suggested Items to Purchase at BMT” sections. These items, while checked off, are not counted in the total amount. This should be changed so that either they are checked off on the list, or they do not count as a part of the list.

I understand that this is a new app, and there are a bunch of patch updates to be made. This is one of the ones I’d like to see first.

Besides that one issue, I would like to let the developers know that this is my favorite AF app by far. The UI is excellent, and it is so easy to find the information I want! Great job, and Aim High!

I understand that this feature of AimHighAirForce I currently limited to to COVID restrictions but the flight I am tracking, my daughters, has been at BMT for a month. Four weeks in and not a single photo is available. I’ve spoken to my daughter and they see the photographers taking pictures 2-3 times per week. Other flights that arrived at the same time have various photos posted but hers, zero. Four weeks of pictures being taken and zero picture uploaded for family and friends who are tracking the flight to see. Why even offer this feature if it’s not being maintained?

App doesn’t seem to support some BMT Flights (FLT), specifically 433TRS/FLT421 throws an error (Invalid flight number).

Also, when entering the FLT number, the Continue button is hidden below the keyboard and there is no obvious way to dismiss it nor is it obvious the Continue is at the bottom of the screen hidden behind the keyboard.

It seems AimHighAirForce offers limited information and it a bit buggy at this stage. Not very useful in my opinion.

I’m amazed to say the least. I’m an Air Force reserve recruiter, I do forget sometimes. I tell all my applicants to download AimHighAirForce whether they decide to join or not because it has so much great information. I really wish they had something like this sooner but I’m glad it’s out now. I love the videos, the pictures and the information.

The photos for Keesler BMT are updated quickly but Lackland has different photographers and takes a few weeks to get uploaded. Good job to the Keesler photographers. Be sure to check other flights as well, some of my trainees pics were put in other flights. Male and female mixed up. I questioned this and it’s due to the person uploading them can not always read the photographers writing.

I keep getting errors when I open AimHighAirForce , after it spins for a while. The error says “Error selecting flight” and there are over 10 of these error boxes that I have to close. I’ve reset my phone, deleted and reopened AimHighAirForce , not sure what else to do. Frustrating.

Frequently when I see the notifications I have to roll my eyes over the way they’re written. Don’t expect these articles to be written with the absence of obvious bias or the projection of Rightwing agenda.

Says that my Airman’s flight is not valid. That can’t be right as they are there training now, I would like to follow them on AimHighAirForce but can’t as nothing is posted and AimHighAirForce says they are not valid. What’s the deal with that. Please fix.

Have to unfollow the flight, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall just to see updated pics every week. It is a mess!

My son has been in training for 4 weeks now. No photos of current flight!! Kinda sad since I miss him terribly and can not even see him in photos. He said there are people taken photos. So where are they?!?

Immediately crashes after latest update..

When you click on trainee pics it comes up white how the hell are we suppose to see the pictures???????
