AC Fan Reviews

It's definitely buggy, since you have to reopen ACFan in order to refresh and/or unfreeze a lot if not most of the features, and that gets pretty annoying. Navigating is very clunky, since loading and changing the sections/categories—as well as just opening ACFan —isn't smooth at all. Upon opening it, you're immediately hit with an eyesore of a white screen before seeing ACFan 's cheap-looking/cheaply-made leaf logo with its name underneath, all on a black screen. (Talk about a visual whiplash...) Overall, ACFan 's interface and aesthetic are relatively low quality considering how popular it is an as AC trading tool. Many users besides myself would really appreciate some major improvements to the aforementioned so that ACFan could be much more smooth, seamless, and pleasant to use. Because, right now, it's quite a pain in the neck!

I think ACFan is honestly meh, it allows to many minors who aren’t serious about their events or just want people to join their discords so they make fake events. Another problem is there’s no way for ACFan by itself to such down events if it’s not being used properly.. I feel like ACFan would honestly benefit from separate sections for minors and adults. Simply because 24 year old me doesn’t have time to sit around and wait to join someone’s event just to find out it’s another minor hosting a fake event to broadcast other channels other than ACFan .. that and minors aren’t taking it as seriously as adults do, I went through so many searches because the kids couldn’t settle on a price or just never answered but accepted the offer I made for the item they had.

Hello!! I have been using ACFan for over a year now and have not experienced really any inconvenience. However, recently whenever I keep posting a moment (this happens sometimes, not a regular thing) I always get kicked out off ACFan . I am not sure if this is a glitch of some sort, my device or if what I am posting is not appropriate (keep in mind all my posts are kid-friendly and I would never post anything harmful)?
Overall, the description of ACFan is truthful; all of the people I have traded with were for pleasant and kind. The mods respond very fast when you are asking questions or giving feedback via email. I recommend ACFan! ♥️

I’ve been using ACFan for about a month. I’ve been having so much fun on it, until almost a couple days ago. I usually sell items on my shop, then someone made an offer on an item. I went to look at the offer on my notifications, then when I was lead to the offers, it was completely blank!! Even my store was blank, and my name on the store was “‘s Shop.” I thought it was some sort of glitch, so I tried to offload ACFan , sign out of it and come back, and even deleted it a couple of times, but it’s still the same! The only thing I can do is go through my profile to see my shop and wait until somebody makes an offer to see them. I don’t know if this is happening to anybody else? Please let me know if there’s a solution OR even an update to help with this issue.

I just wanted to first say thank you to the creators of ACFan for providing a reliable, safe, and functional ACNH community app. For months I’ve annoyed my non-animal crossing friends with pictures of my island and so on but now I have found a place to share my ACNH journey and I’m so happy! I just got ACFan last night and I’ve already had so much fun scrolling through the moments and posting my own. The only downside is you can only post a limited number of moments in a certain amount of time but I totally get this part so it doesn’t really bother me, it’s nice the creators want everyone’s moments to be on the feed and it also prevents spam! :)

It’s really nice keeping track of items and your town while still having a community to participate in. The events feature is extremely handy and fun, and the marketplace is also very useful!

Basically, ACFan has the right ideas and features for the AC community, for all friendly or ‘business’ players. I highly encourage AC users to try ACFan out over other social media, since it’s really nice to have a service dedicated to helping out our experience with the game.

My only complaint is I feel like the UI could use a little more work. It is nice and simplistic but it feels a little confusing at times. Especially when viewing people’s profiles. There are actually a few suggestions I wish to see happen but, I am content with where ACFan is going.

Another thing is that ACFan is a bit slow when loading between screens, and I’ve come across a few crashes. There’s a delay when touching buttons, and I wish the image quality were better. It’s not a long wait at all, but I’m used to having an instantaneous response like other apps.

Despite those minor complaints, it’s still an app I encourage my ACNH friends to try out.~

Have been using ACFan for about a month. Absolutely love it ! There was a bug with not being able to see offers but the update fixed that. ACFan completely changed game play ! And the community is amazing. A few improvements though. It would be very helpful to have a chat feature with the seller or buying without having to put multiple offers. Something like a private messager ability or an ability to search and contact other players directly. Lastly please get rid of the ads. One of the reasons that ACFan drew me in vs others I have used in the past was that it didn’t have all these annoying ads well now they are there. I understand you need to bring in revenue to cover costs of servers and all, but the ads need to go. I would even pay a one time flat fee for ACFan to have an option ad free not a subscription. Overall def recommend to any acnh player out there it’s a game changer.

Amazing app, I create wishlist one and trade item once. The problem is I can not re-log in app on my iPad. I thought it allows to log in one device only so I log out to re-log in again. Now the problem appears, I can not log in. It kept saying log in by another email or another password. I’m sure I typed correct password and don’t know why. It would be eaiser if developer add “Forgot Password” button! Please help me cause I can not re-log in ):

I love ACFan! Nookazon is good, but too complicated for me. ACFan is great for socializing and also buying and selling things that you want! And don’t get me started about the queues, they’re great! How do you think I got my blue roses? My only complaint is that sometimes ACFan glitches and closes by itself while I’m trying to use it. Oh and that one time when it completely logged out of my account without me doing anything (but I got it back eventually). Overall, ACFan is fun and easy for everyone to use! 5 stars, great app.

I love ACFan so much. It connects you to other players with ease. The new update brings an incredibly streamlined trading service, you can easily list items you want to sell or find items you want to buy. I’ve been able to tick several rare items off my wishlist within just a few days.
I have had a couple minor issues with bugs here and there. But in every instance, I message app support, and they respond within 5 minutes and fix the issue every single time. They are so fast and so friendly. Thank you!

ACFan is amazing in every conceivable way. i love it and the whole community, however it has been PAINFULLY laggy recently. it’s almost impossible to function within ACFan . i’m not sure what the issue is since my phone is an Iphone 11, i have unlimited data and pretty decent wifi and my app is up to date. this is the only app i’m having issues with. i can’t use ACFan at the moment bc it’s just so frustrating and slow which makes me sad because i love it sm and i’m tryna trade and get some items to decorate for the holiday season

I love ACFan so much and was recommended to it by friends, I love the market place and how easy it is to sell turnips! I do have some suggestions though- It would be a really nice feature to be able to chat individually with the buyers so you're able to bargain before accepting/declining an offer compared to the general chat, Another feature that would be cool is an "Active" or "Offline" status so you're able to see who in your queue is online so you can let them in before the others who aren't active.

Love ACFan so much! Can't wait to see it get more popular.

This has been a great app and made it very easy to trade with others. I’ve been able to complete almost all diys and other collections.

One suggestion I have is that I have had people select the trade is complete when they changed their mind instead of canceling. It would be nice if I could still cancel since that is what actually happened and they wouldn’t get the chance to give a rating. While some people have meant to cancel, others have been malicious in that a different offer was declined by me (I have the right to, it’s my item and if I want to trade a diy for another diy that is my choice). The person made a reasonable offer on another listing I had and when I accepted, immediately completed the offer and gave me 1 star as a “payback” for not accepting their other offer.

After months of putting off playing Animal Crossing (I was battling Calamity Ganon instead), I finally purchased it and fell hard. Twitter brought me to the world of AC Fan and it was there that I discovered a community of awesome people; many whom are actually in my age group (mid-late 20s). After locking myself out of my account, the support team was great in helping me get back in and were very nice about me being a stalker in the many ways I contacted them lol I love ACFan and the people I’ve met on it. The trades feels safer, the people are legit and all in all, it has a great navigation system for finding your way around.

I love ACFan. I downloaded it to help me keep track of what I have and what I need. It is very simple and user friendly, so about anyone could easily learn the ropes of ACFan. It has great detail and also allows the community to get together to share pictures or (moments) with many other players and friends. Overall this is a excellent app for all ACNH players. The only thing I would ask, is that there be a slot to keep track of the reactions you have and what ones you have left. Otherwise, ACFan nails every aspect. Great design, and great developer! Will definitely recommend ACFan to all of my friends who play AC!

Downloaded ACFan a few days ago and I gotta say I’m impressed! It’s very easy to buy and sell things from other people, and the community is much more friendlier than ACFan ’s competitors. A few small issues though. When I first started buying and selling, I was pretty confused on where to go and what to do. I suggest adding a quick tutorial for new sellers! Also, I feel like there should be a DM option outside of buying from a seller. This would make it so much easier to come in contact with hosts of island tours or things like that. Overall, it’s a great app and I highly recommend it to any animal crossing player looking to trade!

I honestly am not sure why I was locked out I’ve tried emailing but for the past for days I know somethings been going on on my account because every time I go into my shop it’s like a whole different account there’s nothing for sale no reviews and no pictures but I still have all my messages and am still getting notifications of people making offers and if I click on the my profile button from the messages with my picture on it and it’s like I’m viewing my profile from a different account I am seriously heart broken cause I really don’t knows what’s happening I love your app and have made a lot of friends on there any help would be greatly appreciated thank you! - cait

I have had ACFan for maybe two or three days now, and I’m already obsessed! It is so easy to communicate and buy/ sell things on AC Fan! I have already bought so many things. You can buy villagers, items, recipes, clothing, everything! The only downfall on ACFan is that sometimes people wont reply to your messages about trading if they have accepted your offer, but that is on the person not ACFan .

The only thing I have noticed that’s bad about ACFan is that sometimes it will glitch a little bit, but you just have to go out and then come back into ACFan .

One more thing is that I have been trying to update my profile page but every time I try to change something the save button never works. So the only thing visible is my name. I can’t update my villager name, any of my info, nothing. And when I made the account I put it all in so I don’t know what is happening. This is not changing my rating though because it doesn’t effect my ability to trade or anything.

Again, I highly recommend ACFan to new ACNH players like me, it makes the experience so much more fun and lets you get new things you would have never been able to get with out it!

My three kids chipped in and got their mother the collector addition of Nintendo switch. Then they got me the animal crossing game. I play that on game cube still to this day. I am absolutely in love with ACFan and it has saved me money. I didn’t realize that there was a guide that you can select the insects fish fossils etc. inside ACFan . You literally click you’ve got it and that you have donated it. Now I don’t have to spend the $29 on the guidebook. I’ve actually made new friends and visited their town last night that was very eventful way different than the Animal crossing game cube. I am so happy that my daughter told me about ACFan thank you so much for providing a place that I can learn things that I need to know and to be able to enjoy my game better.

Ok so I think there should be videos and live steams of animal crossing because I think people will love to watch someone terraforming and decorate. And monthly whoever gains more subscribers gets 1 million bells or more! It would be fun and exciting because we can see people's island more, bell winning games and trivia, and even fashion shows! I hope you consider this suggestion along with the voice chat. Speaking of the videos when you subscribe to someone and you watch a video, there should be a bar of the most recent video or a Livestream going on. As to video makin, you can have backdrop music and there should be a type of video, like villager hunting, giveaways, terraforming, and maybe unboxing animal crossing themed amiibo cards. I consider this because sometimes you saw someones island but you can't because there are no videos to see it. Please add this!
