My app hasn't been working since December 8th then came on for a couple of days by not reporting accurately random notifications then nothing at all for over most of January

How to fix Logify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Logify app on iPhone
Update Logify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Logify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Logify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Logify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Logify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Logify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Logify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Logify » click [Force Stop]

Update Logify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Logify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Logify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Logify.

Fix Logify unable to contact server/ Logify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Logify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Logify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Logify
