I have now been using this for one week straight. I like that I can connect it to my apple health app, this way it gives me a step count daily. I also like that it tracks (estimated) calories burned. There are several things inside LoseWeight that you can track to help you stay on track, or to see where you might need improvement. Such as, you can record your weight daily, water intake, how many calories burned, step tracker, a reminder to exercise, even an option for a quick workout.
So far, the only downfall that I have encountered is that sometimes LoseWeight closes out in the middle of my session. So, I have to go back into it and click through the things I have already done. This might seem like no big deal, however once your heart rate is up... it is important to keep that pace to burn calories (cardio), so it’s a pain to have to stop, and start all over and it really being able to reach the full potential. so I wish they could get this fixed. Other than that small annoyance, no complaints as of yet.
