Big TR fan for a long time so I downloaded this but truthfully wasn’t really expecting anything amazing. Turns out it’s a fun and well paced “grind” type game which rewards you with items that you can level up to try and take on tougher stages.
Unfortunately the bugs absolutely ruin this game. If the game crashes (which it will) at the end of a run, while upgrading your gear, or any other crucial moment like that, you will lose whatever items were currently on your screen. I’m talking gear that you spend days or even weeks leveling up. Gone. I just had the game crash while leveling up an item I had worked hard on upgrading and when I reopened the app, it was gone. That completely ruins this entire game for me. I’m running this game on an iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not like I’m using old hardware either. It’s just a broken app that needs major fixes.
TL;DR: This game will crash on you constantly and you will more than likely lose the items that this game REQUIRES you to grind and put time into. Not worth it.

I was so excited to play this game (pre-registered), but I can’t recommend it
It’s buggy (like one time I died and resurrected after a boss, and I was trapped with no way out but to exit the stage), which has been fine, but now it’s taken my money. I’m not a big purchaser—maybe up to $50 now
Recently, there’s been a dismantle bug that causes a gray screen after you’ve dismantled an item, which was also fine since 90% of the time I could dismiss it by tapping around randomly. The other times I had to reset. Okay fine again
However now I’ve found that if you tap the dead center, it dismantles your EQUIPPED item, which is devastating, since you’ve probably invested in and equipped your best item. In my case, it was an epic (top tier) item that I had spent a decent amount to get. Granted, this is an egregious problem for any player, but it’s a special kind of annoying when you’ve sunk money
I have the videos of course. I can reproduce. How long will it take Support to answer, if ever? Who knows. Will this be made right? Who knows
Long story short, buyer beware. I wouldn’t spend (again)

Edit: Even worse now. I was under the assumption that adding your apple account and your facebook account backs up the game. So I inquired with others about deleting and reinstalling the game to fix a ton of the bugs, and as long as you are logged into facebook and apple you’re fine. Well, fast forward to now, I lost EVERYTHING, completely restarted the game and guess what? Logging into facebook or apple didn’t help. So I reached out to the support team to see what they could help me with and haven’t heard anything back. So, months of grinding and getting Legendary gear have been lost. Probably will not redownload the game again.
VERY FRUSTRATED with the last update. The game is still broken. I just dismantled an EPIC bullet i had because it froze after dismantling a common item… The screen went black so i tapped it to see if it would move to the next screen and it automatically dismantled it. ALL THAT WORK… gone. Took me almost a month to get that up. So many bugs… I’ll keep playing the game but I hope they make fixes for things like this. Maybe after they’re fixed i’ll give a better review. But as of right now i’m very frustrated…
