This latest app update broke SquadcastIncidentManagement . It’s loads the Squadcast Splash welcome screen then it goes to a gray screen.
I don’t need to hear alerts from 3 states away. Why is there no way to set the alert volume to a reasonable level?
New to SquadcastIncidentManagement, but I noticed that I am unable to enter notes on an incident. Tapping into the field does not launch the keyboard. It appears to be trying to display the keyboard, but it does not open. So I am unable to add notes from within SquadcastIncidentManagement .
Squadcast has been wonderful for us for Incident Management and the accompanying native mobile app is a wonderful addition. The new version is great and allows me to do almost everything from the mobile app
