For a while, GreenAcres was easy to access and fully functional. However, for the past month, it won’t open even after reinstalling clearly, the developers aren’t fixing bugs quickly. It’s frustrating and now I find it’s easier to just use the web-based version. I’m disappointed that they haven’t fixed it yet.

Very difficult to navigate to new areas and rest search criteria

Great place to find houses but no way to sort through the hundreds of listings by land size.

It won’t show me the options of all of the house/agatments

Such a great effort… But realistically, it comes short in so many areas. For instance I am not able to share listings!!

Need to be able to translate from euros to dollars

Since the latest version of iOS came out the share feature doesn’t work. While viewing a specific property if I click the share button a progress indicator is displayed for a few seconds, then disappears. I’ve tried killing GreenAcres and restarting, but the same thing happens.

You must know a city in a country to search for available real estate! No currency conversion, cannot search solely for rural or urban, much much better than other RE websites especially Sothebys, but very difficult to use.

Works part of the time then just closes

Terrible app. Zero intuitive. language choice when searching is French, Portuguese anything but English.

Very difficult to navigate. Forces you to view almost all listings before getting the ones you are interested. As important, where are the mapping capabilities ? See idealista app and copy them.

Gives results for cities not in the filter. Doesn’t move smoothly from pictures to text. Emailing or texting a property doesn’t work.

I just discovered this website & … it’s addictive! So many wonderful European properties to imagine buying. The goal : to end up with one of them! :)
