Continued lack of diversity

I have criticized you several times before for your failure to represent people of color and diverse cultures in your app pictures. Every time I’ve posted you’ve managed to come up with one or two pics that meet this standard, but it never continues. Right now we’re in the middle of Black History month and nothing has been posted to honor the great history, contributions and heritage of our African American citizens. At Christmas, virtually all the pictures were very traditional, Euro and white centric. That’s fine as long as you balance such pictures with black or Latinex families also celebrating. No respresentation was provided for Kwanzaa. There were a few depictions of Hanukkah, thankfully. Also, there was a nod to our folks of Asian heritage with Chinese New Year.

Oh, and often when people of color, indigenous, Asian or Latinex folks are depicted, they are very stereotyped. Why not add folks of various races and heritages into regular pictures doing normal everyday things?

I’ll give you just a bit longer before I delete your app to see if you can correct the problem.

I used to love you……..

I absolutely loved this app when I first downloaded it—pretty pictures, bright colors. Then, I began having issues. I contacted you more than a month ago regarding completed pictures (daily) that turned up as completed (checked) but were not colored or were partially colored. They now total approximately eight. You did respond stating that it would take time to resolve this and to be patient. I have not heard from you since that initial correspondence.

Today I completed a picture in the Art section. The app “dimmed”; and, when I was able to get back in, the picture had totally disappeared and was replaced by one from the same category that had been done sometime ago. I now have two of the same picture, and the one I have just finished has totally vanished.

I know these are minor issues, (I guess) I am the only one having problems. As of right now, I am holding this app “in obeyance”. I won’t use it again until I can be sure this doesn’t keep happening. If it keeps happening, then I will have to delete it. That would be sad!!!!!

Used to be great

I used to use this app all the time and really loved how the colors were sequenced, how they got put onto the canvas once clicked, the pictures, (also, wasn’t there an undo button?!), etc. I came back after a while of not being on and it has completely changed. It seems to me like either someone new took over the app or they just don’t care anymore. It’s disappointing. Almost every canvas I color now has spots that are unassigned a color. At first, I thought that they were just utilizing the already white canvas.. nope, the picture looks, and is, unfinished. There’s other minor things that have changed that I just don’t like, but could’ve lived with if I was actually able to finish a picture. Also, I can appreciate the need for ads, but holy cow, there’s so many. It used to be worth waiting to do the pic for all the ads, not anymore. I think I’ll be deleting the app unfortunately. It’s a shame, it was so great and one of the only apps I actually used.
