HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker doesn’t add any helpful information to existing maps and trackers out there already diligently maintained by Johns Hopkins and other organizations. It has a new feed to bombard you with coronavirus news and an ill advised self reporting feature that you can make up a fake email for to submit on a disorganized map. The map is wildly inaccurate with the self reporting and outdated. The topping on the cake though is how HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker asks for live location information even when you’re not using HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker . For what ends? Maybe reselling to geo-advertisers. Remember folks when you’re not paying for the product, you are the product!

The issue with HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is that people can self report. While yes, self reporting can be useful, anyone can do it if they think they have the virus, but there’s also trolls on this planet. If someone wanted to cause panic in their city they could falsely self report easy.

HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker would be the best if it only relied on WHO/cdc info. Even that information isn’t reliable or accurate on HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker.. At this moment with these features, no public health professional would recommend HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker. It’s not reliable and spreads fake info.

It’s for entertainment only.

Also, the whole “it’s better than nothing” isn’t a valid argument because it’s better to NOT spread fake info. This isn’t helpful, it’s harmful.

Update: they said in the chat they were fixing HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker to be more accurate after I said I was reporting HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker for being inaccurate in the chat. They also went on to ban me for telling people masks aren’t useful and providing real info.. yet they allowed a user to talk about buttholes.

After downloading and using HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker, I began to receive calls numerous times a day from locations from New York, Washington DC, LA, and Texas claiming to be an organization linking to the CDC. They asked me for my personal information (date of birth, address, social security number) before asking me to pay $286 for a COVID test. I was very sick and unable to identify this as a scam until after the fact when my husband heard what had happened. I was told $286 was the cheapest they could go for a test that was free at my local CVS. Due to heavy accents and improper English, I’m assuming every call I received was from someone out of county. Please beware. Do not give any of your personal info over the phone. I’m sure I will be paying for this mistake for a long time.

Self-report is one of the least reliable forms of data collection. This site relies on almost meaningless data. ‘Asymptotic and not confirmed positive’ gives no insight. That category describes “positive COVID-19 without symptoms”—but that captures zero valid responses because we don’t test asymptomatic individuals. The only two meaningful categories are: “confirmed positive” and “symptomatic suspected case but not confirmed by testing”

Poor information is much worse than none at all. Under-reporting cases gives the public a false sense of security. Over-reporting results in the public dismissing ALL information as ‘fake news’. Both sources of misinformation result in careless behavior by the public.

HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker has a few helpful features, but overall is lacking in its most important department. The map is so painfully unorganized to the point that it makes the information seem inaccurate. For instance, New York City is shown to have about 200 cases on HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker while New Rochelle has apparently has one?! Very untrue, it has the majority of New York cases which are actually currently over 300. Also the self reporting feature is unreliable and invalidates any genuinely correct information. HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker needs to be updated lore frequently and formatted differently for it to serve its purpose correctly. Do not use HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker to inform yourself.

It shows no deaths in my city - Philadelphia. It shows no symythomatic people either. The only information I can get on HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is the total number of deaths or cases in the state, country or the world. I can get that information online, so I'm not sure what the use of HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is. I understand HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker needs people to provide input and it may take a while, but if it doesn't even have a few people in my city at this point, it's not very promising. Also I doubt WHO data says there are no deaths in Philadelphia. It's possible WHO only keeps data at state level, but then why not use another source instead eg. CDC. I'll quit using HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker. If it gets much better, I may start re-using it.

First of all. Nothing ever loads on HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker and I have very good internet so I dont get why nothing loads. Second off all. When I go to the live chat to ask whats the new info on coronavirus I just get ignored because those people there are only talking about politics and they should add moderators that are always active and will answer any question you have other than some low life telling you false information and to go check google. I wish I could have had a better experience with HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker but sadly I didn't. I hope HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker will follow the reviews requests and make HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker more accurate. Thank you.

I find this map helpful in seeing what is going on in my area because it isn’t really being reported on the local news. Occasionally, the numbers don’t seem quite right but then it corrects itself. I’m certain this map it difficult to maintain. I only gave it 3 Stars because I wish it would provide a way for me to get a more definitive look at other States and not just my own. My family lives in a different State and it isn’t helpful to only be able to see the total for the whole State. I would like to see it broken down by county like it is for my personal location. The data is there already so it’s just a matter of programming.

I feel the creators of HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker had an honorable goal in mind, allowing the masses to see a map which shows how coronavirus is spreading. However, there is no point in tracking asymptomatic users as it takes up space on the map and makes it look like the virus has spread farther than it actually has. Instead of encouraging awareness, it encourages panic. In addition, there really need to be moderators put in place to discourage trolling, the spreading of false information, and discussing unrelated subjects. As more people download this application everyday, it becomes increasingly important to make sure the information being shared with them is accurate. If this responsibility is not taken seriously, chaos will ensue.

I have found HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker very useful having immediate access to COVID19 data that is consistent and supplements what I am seeing on news channels. However, as the virus spreads and the pandemic grows I would like to see countries/states better categorized with drill down features. For example, I would like to see total cases/deaths in the US but am currently only able to see select cities. Even in the state where I live I am only able to view select county information. While this is most helpful for me to see how the virus has spread to my local area, it does not allow me to see global also preferred breakdown of information.

I think HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker would be more helpful if stats were organized by country, rather than by region. Some stats in the United States are listed by city and some by county, or by state. For instance California is listed (today) with 144 people with virus, but several cases in various cities and counties in California. Are these numbers duplicates or subsets? Another example is that today Iran shows 9,000 cases and the Islamic Republic of Iran shows 8042 cases. I realize that the numbers here are as reported, but if they were organized by country such anomalies would be easier to detect. Thank you.

I agree with the user Review by R. Matthews. There’s the need for everyone to put up a reminder WARNING ⚠️ FOR PUBLIC SAFETY: That all YOUNG ADULTS should also be worried too. Since it’s still being carried by them to others so they NEED to STOP PARTYING and to keep away from large crowds too. This will get only worse and we might be all locked 🔒 down by the GOVERNMENT. So please everyone STOP the Spread everyone. Keep in small groups of less than 10 people MAX and just away from crowds. If we do this for the next 2 week or preferably for 1 month it would HELP our HOSPITALS.

Some reviewers sound downright ignorant. Many are criticizing the self-reporting feature. Users can’t just click the button and give a name and location and BOOM it shows up in HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker ! self-reporting is for those who have actually tested positive for the virus. *These cases must be verified before being reflected here.* HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is operated by a joint effort of medical agencies, and as such is regulated. They aren’t stupidly allowing people to report willy-nilly. That would be recklessly irresponsible. Then, they would have a wicked tangle to deal with that could land them all in a lot of trouble. The reason self-reports are shown as pink is bc the WHO doesn’t yet have it in their database. When it is officially in their system, that will change colors and be included in their official account. It takes too long at this point to get test results. The WHO is very careful about the cases they count. It doesn’t happen immediately.

*Health systems now lacks a single source app to monitor home quarantined medical staff for the current 14 days post high & medium risk exposures. Temp (x2 day) & symptoms checks to 14 days)
2) Amendment: For United States users the CDC defines fever as feeling “feverish or temperature > 100.0.” (Interim guidance the healthcare workers)...App asks for temp of >101 F.
3) Incorporating a city, county, State health department notifications system would be great.

Considering the available timetable the publisher no doubt faced, HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is outstanding. Today it receives a five star rating from me. Ingoing, I would expect and hope they provide some improvements. When I select a category under the first tab in order to drill down into country by country detail, it would be convenient if the last 3-4 countries I checked would appear in a separate section preceding the alphabetized section. Next, I think accuracy and resolution can be improved. I first noticed this deficiency when ab independent reporting source revealed a very granular distribution in Los Angeles area. Most disappointing to me though is that the cumulative numbers were greater than you were reporting at the time.

Just started using HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker . I follow international news everyday. As soon as I see a new cases or deaths in the news, I check HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker , and it has the updated numbers. Good maps, you can see the confirmed cases, deaths and more. I recommend if you have any interest at all in tracking the outbreak. It’s kind of like the game Plague, but in real life.

HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is brilliant in its own right. It is a useful tool. But i do have some suggestions

One problem I would like to note is that Pennsylvania’s counties aren’t highlighted like the other states. It just shows the numbers for the entire state, not each separate county. Also, can u also make a sector where you list the states by covid 19 cases and their recoveries and deaths? Other from those two, HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is great!

HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is absolutely so easy to use!
I love how for each time I open this application, all I have to do is go to dashboard, then due to how the Number’s of how many people have either been confirmed with the virus or sadly have died, HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker updates every 30 minutes with the accurate numbers, so I always click on refresh.
Then I click on maps so I can see what’s changed in the state I live.
HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker shows the maps of the whole world!!!
Now! That’s absolutely amazing!!!

How do people know this is the best app to use for contact tracing? I have searched the internet for HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker suggested for my area and I found nothing. I want to make sure I am doing my part to help and since there is other tracing apps out there, how do you know which one to use!? Do all the apps share the same info? If everyone isn’t downloading the apps, how effective will tracing be? I know these are more professional answers and not actually about HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker or a review but I don’t know how else to get my questions out.

Raising calm awareness is the objective and seeing cases over time is how I use HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker. Some need to see visually what gradually is happening. Let's all be familiar with and practice what we are being told, that is, social distancing. HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is being respectful in publishing information but it's clear (for some only when seeing a visual) that we all need to raise calm awareness and limit, reduce or carefully choose if and when we go to places with lots of people. We can slow but not stop the spread of virus and being responsible when using HEALTHLYNKEDCOVID19Tracker is up to us, those that want "information" about what others are seeing.

App is very nice works well, self reporting data is way off. Check the cities, most are also names of countries. I think global data entry was attempted by users. Consider removing from map or transferring to a global edition. Also Gif keyboard in chat would be cool but no biggie.
