I’ve enjoyed this game, and even spent money on it from time to time. It’s fun to play, and the periodic mini games keep it fresh. A good time waster. But the most recent update has ruined the experience. Previously, it cost 3500 coins to play a round. If you won the round, you’d usually count on getting over 3500 coins as a reward. So, simply put- play, win, you don’t lose anything and you gain maybe a couple hundred coins. A good incentive structure. You still have to win several in a row in order to earn the base 3500 per play, but as long as you’re winning, you’re not going to run out of opportunities. No more. Now, the cost for a round remains 3500, but even on winning hands, you still only make often under 2000 coins. So winning gains you nothing. You lose coins to win. This has clearly been set up to force more purchases, but all it has actually accomplished is my desire to delete SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame and find a new favorite game. This is ridiculous. Who wants to play a game where you’re punished for winning? It was one thing to spend 3500 to gain 3800, a net gain of +300. Who wants to spend 3500 to gain 1800, a net loss of -1700??? This is nuts! I’ll delete SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame now, and strongly recommend others to avoid it. This sort of forced purchase to enjoy game is a total scam. People are far more likely to pay for an extra opportunity to win, or to continue or bail themselves out in a tough round, not pay to play in the first place. Pathetic.

I’ve gotten very far in the game and I was waiting for new levels, but with this current update they not only change the wheel prizes, but they actually decreased the value of the wheel prizes and the Power up ability for the wheel now cost a lot more and it’s only a third of the time it was before the update. This is horrible! Over the past few days I’ve gone from over a million coins to 300K, I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY ADDITIONAL PURCHASES AS THE GAME IS LITERALLY RIGGED AFTER A CERTAIN POINT. Nomatter what you do you’re gonna have to spend coins in order to pass the levels, I’m a very avid solitaire player, and I use the unlimited undo feature on many of my levels so I’ve actually gone back and restarted the levels only to find that there is no way to solve it without using coins. I’m very disappointed as I spent a considerable amount of money with SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame and was enjoying it. The coin package offers are WAY too expensive and once you buy a package you don’t get the option to watch a video for free coins! I’ve been playing this game for over two months straight, and for the most part it was enjoyable until Now. Will probably delete and find another app.

I love this game. I’ve been playing for months now . But now I feel like I’m going to delete it . They are making it to hard to get coins . I loved it because it was a game I didn’t have to spend money on it . I literally play everyday. It use to be that every 45 minutes you can get coins . Those coins will allow you to play one game. But I haven’t got those coins all day . It’s been like that all week. I checked before I went to dinner. It said 15 minutes to get coins . Came back and it still says 15 minutes. So haven’t been able to play all day really all week. Then you use to be able to watch ads . Each add was 1000 coins . I haven’t been able to do that for a couple weeks. I don’t know if they aren’t doing it anymore or what . But if they aren’t it’s definitely not worth the download. I did try to contact support. But haven’t heard anything. Very frustrated . If those things could be fixed it’s a great came . I got so far I would like to keep going. But I have no coins so it is what it is . Update just went back on to check for free coins and it says 37 minutes for free coins smh

This game comes up as Solitaire Fish and I was invited to play SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame through Solitaire Cruise!! SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame shows if you play continuously it will give you a cash payout via PAYPAL. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Promoted by and affiliated with Solitaire Cruise. I have won up to 4 PayPal cards and have been PAID NOTHING!!!! The developers obviously get paid for ad views and promise payment on the basis of lies!!! These people are SCAMMERS!!!! Yes you responded, but as I said SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame Solitaire Oceans Treasure can’t be pulled up, it apparently is under another name but like I said I was offered to download it and participate in it from YOUR SITE! You know who advertises on your site correct? It said it was a special offer from Solitaire Cruise! Now you want to claim no affiliation so why let them use your name? The deceiving to get ad views is so annoying!!!

Interesting…. Ever since I wrote this complaint to you I keep getting random back to back notifications. Interesting how your company allows them to advertise on your app, but They can’t be located at all in SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame Store so it must be under something else, but I complain here and get back to back notifications whereas I haven’t gotten any before. Stop scamming people please.

I started playing this game and I really like it! I got offered through the game to purchase a package of coins through the “piggy bank” I completed the purchase yet it never showed on my profile. I restarted SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame and still no site of my purchase and the limited offer still showed as offered as though I never made the purchase. I looked at my receipt and sure enough the purchase went through to the game and developer, went on SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame still no purchase then decided to seek support from the developer and that was anything but easy! I got some yahoo who sent me an auto response asking me for a screen shot of my purchase which would be easy if this hadn’t happened 3 days before and took 2 days to get any response from the “support” I sent him my screen shot of the receipt and then got a response back that made me wonder if this was a reputable game at all!! The support rep sent me a message that stated the company does not offer the purchase I showed him or have the option only purchasing a “piggy bank golden ticket” and to submit more personal information to get a refund! That is when I came here to let Apple and others know! Such a crock of poo to ask for all my personal info to issue me a refund for $4.99!!!

I really like this game however there are so many ads. You will spend double to triple the time watching the ads than playing the game. It’s also at your disadvantage, you will lose most of the time. I only played this game when I have lost my lives on my other games apps.

If the developers were smart enough, they would get rid of the ads and make it more easy to achieve the levels. This game could be really fun and addictive, but the way the developers have gone about it has been extremely poor. Like I said before I only play this game when I can’t play any of my other games because I’ve lost my lives. And you will seriously spend more time watching ads than playing the game itself. this game will probably do very poor and eventually fizzle out because of their strategy of production, making the odds against you to play, which is pretty sad because it could be a hit game

This Tripeak solitaire games are such blatant scams for money it’s pathetic, well, only if you actually shell out money for the various shiny packs of coins and prizes they offer, which I have, thankfully just a buck here and there, but still, I’m as pathetic as they come. This game is the worst, because with the other Tripeak games at least they give you a decent amount of playtime before all the sudden each round is like 3000 coins and a wild card is 4000 coins and the rounds are getting progressively harder and harder, which wouldn’t be bad if your take home reflected this exorbitant inflation, but nope, you win about the same at 3000 coins as you did at 100 coins. This cruise one is definitely the worst of the bunch, because I’d hardly gotten into the game before I was tapped dry and looking at the flashing “buy this super cheap package of coins for a limited time only, buy now now now” in-app purchase with interest, but I was strong and deleted the game faster than it took to download. The messed up part is I even won 30,000 coins- I couldn’t believe it! I thought that surely I’d have an hour of playtime, but nope with each round costing me 4000 coins and wild cards and the like costing 4500, that loot was gone in seconds. Will this be the last Tripeak solitaire game I download? Likely not, because they are addictive during that low coin period, but I will never EVER give them another cent.

I’ve been playing this game for over a year and have spent quite a bit of money on it but I’m very disappointed with their customer service and ready to delete. It’s almost impossible to move forward unless you get additional cards, so you need a LOT of coins. I understand this is a business and that’s fine. However, a month ago they had a glitch in one of their game events where the event just disappeared over night. Judging by the Facebook comments it happened to a lot of people. I had purchased coins to play in the event, but although they reestablished the event the next day, everybody lost all the progress. I lost the 300,000 coins I had used. I contacted customer support through SolitaireCruiseTripeaksGame , the message went unanswered for days. When finally someone replied, the message disappeared. I emailed them. It took chasing them a few times to finally get an answer and all I was told was that their “QA” department was lookin into it. It’s been a month and I doubt I will get my coins back. It feels like they are waiting for me to just give up. I wasn’t even asking for my money back. In short, I’ve lost all trust that they will solve any future issues. Deleting.

I enjoyed the game but became increasingly disappointed and dissatisfied in regards to a few things. First I noticed several glitches in the game Such as when purchasing in game cash the game would often not give the correct amount of cash, if I purchased 15k it would give 11k. If I purchased a power up such as one and a half times win in cash or a 35 k purchase of the sweeping broom the amount of time would be cut short in order to use such product. For example, if you were to have it for 1 hour it would be 50 minutes instead. When the game gives free bonuses it also follows it up with a gimmick room that you can not get out of until you make a purchase. Example I was given 30 k this morning and was led to a cruise room and it ended up costing me 27 k on a new couch for said room instead of getting to keep and play with the the full 30 k. I have tried to speak with the makers in regards to these things to which I was met with a hard and fast statement of you need to provide us with receipts from purchases of coins before we will speak with you. I have spent a few dollars in this game to say the least and would have kept playing if concerns would have been addressed, however, it was made clear to me the main goal is making money first with an expectation of making the game fun for players last.

I genuinely love this game. It is so fun and addicting, however as I’ve progressed the levels are just ridiculously hard. At first they were tricky but you could win at least half, and if you had any upgrades almost all of them. Now even with an upgrade, the levels are so challenging I don’t even win 1% of the time. All they do is give you cards back to back that just can’t be used. Each round you play cost coins, and some how the rounds start at 1500 and now I am forced to play rounds that cost about 4500 each. I previously had 120,000 coins saved, I’ve lost so much (and even when you win it hardly ever covers the cost to play a round) that I now don’t even have 4500 coins to play a round and have to wait to get the daily bonus each day.

All of the sudden there’s all these ads to buy coins for cheap. Don’t waste your money. 35,000 counts will not even give you one win. The game is fun at first, but honestly just delete it once you get to a certain level because it’s just pointless.

When I first start playing this game I absolutely loved it. Lots of challenges interesting levels great prizes and I didn’t have to spend a ton of money to play it. They offered awesome boosters if you needed to regain some of your coins with a fair amount of time allotted for each booster. With the update the price of the boosters didn’t change however the amount of time you get with each one is ridiculously lower. It took me a while to realize because I’ve been playing the game so long with it being the same then I literally ran out of money and had to buy more because of it. It’s pretty obvious that they’re doing it to make more money and I’m definitely not a fan and definitely play it a lot less. pretty disappointing.
- now adding to this at a later date… ANOTHER fantastic update that drops booster duration even further. To literally ONE level. Price is the same- but the duration is less than a fraction of what it was before. I’ve not played but 2 levels since.

The game has become a simple money grab. The past few updates have made it beyond possible to play many rounds before being all out of money. You used to be able to “buy” the power ups for an hour of use and then it would make it last a few rounds to not have to pay for 4000 coins for a wild or 3500 coins for a +5 Card
Now it costs more than the 3500 coin entry fee to win practically ANY of the rounds because you need the power ups, making you go negative every round you play just to get the “Rewards”
The mini games do nothing to keep you stacked up with enough money or power ups to get you much farther on anything either so don’t respond with a comment claiming those help.
You guys have simply rigged it to where we loose the round without even getting through half the laid out cards despite doing the only moves possible so our choices are to cough up the little coin left to MAYBE get the “rewards” or simply loose out on everything, including the 3500 coin entry fee

I like the idea of the game , so that’s why I rated 2 stars instead of just 1. First thing I want to point out is the fact that pretty much every single game is a loss. and most games can’t be won without spending coins. After playing for 10 minutes I never want to play again. At the beginner level you only lose coins, not gain. There hasn’t been a single game besides the tutorial where I’ve won more than lost and now I can’t even play the game because I lost so much. Even better, there’s no way to get any more coins besides paying to get them. And if you can’t play the 1000 coin level, you need to pay real money to get some. Literally a terrible game. I’d rate higher if there was maybe a 100 coin per hour type of system that allows continued gameplay without making in-app purchases. Otherwise, it’s an easily detected scam. 👎

And before you reply with the same computerized message of “we want challenging gameplay” blah blah blah it’s just so obvious. Actually put some work into your games!

Most games these day will require some sort of in-game currency to play with the option to buy more when you run out but this is one if those extra-scammy ones where the in-game cost is higher than successfully playing can hope to maintain. There are two main ways it’s designed to make you lose coins and force you to buy more: the amount you win is often less than what you paid to play; the cost to extend a game if you run out of cards is sometimes more than the cost to play originally; the deck shuffling engine is very broken- I’ve played multiple games in a row where I didn’t have a legal move until I threw out over half the deck.

Also there are incredibly long (I’m talking over 30 seconds, multiple pages, often nonskipable) ads after every single game. Given how useless their shuffling is, you will almost certainly spend more time looking at candy crush ads than you will playing solitaire.

I’ve been playing the game for quite awhile now, and in the beginning would have rated this game 4-5 stars. It used to have very few to no-ads that you chose to watch which was great! Now there’s an ad after every 2 levels that you cannot skip which is insanely annoying. Also the price of buying the 5 extra cards at the end of a level using your coins or even buying a wild card if you need help has basically tripled. On a basic level it cost 3,500 coins now it’s almost 8,000 and it gets worse on the 2 and 3 level tiers…really?!?! That is absolutely ridiculous. The game used to be fun - but now I hardly play it anymore because you lose so many coins no matter how long you play. It’s just not very fun anymore and sad that the makers of it sold out to the ad companies and by making people pay so much more for everything. Worst decisions ever, you’re going to lose a lot of players this way.

I love playing this game. I play it everyday. I want to say that when your game glitches and I don’t get what I’ve earned it makes me very very angry. Sometimes when you claim to get 30% more coins you cannot claim your prize no matter how many times I press claim which means I lose my streak, the coins and my motivation to continue. This glitch happens with certain ads and it’s just not fair. Sometimes I won’t even press the watch ad button out of fear that I will lose what I just won. The other time that the game glitches is when I’m using my cards. It will show that I have cards left and then all of the sudden the game itself uses or deletes ones that I haven’t selected yet or I have cards left and it does not show them, forcing me to buy new cards. Not fair! I earned the coins from playing and I deserve to use all the cards in my deck. If you want me to watch your ads then I deserve the 30% extra. Fix your glitches please. You have a wonderful functional game that is actually the only one I play, as it distresses me and I enjoy it. But I cannot deal with the “random” and what seems unfair stealing from what I’ve earned.. please..

I’d have no problem giving this game 5 stars, I think the overall fun is great. But there are two main issues. First, the ads. Not counting the ads you have to watch for perks (which I understand) I average getting 4-5 ads per 10 minutes. It’s frustrating, especially when you watch an ad for a timed reward and you lose time for that earned reward because of ads. Second, there’s a glitch that you watch an ad for $1000 more coins every hour, after the ad you can’t claim the extra or the hour reward. Other than those it’s a little frustrating how much a round costs, especially if you use some coin for a wild card or something compared to how much you earn back for beating a round. But there plenty of bonuses to keep you going. I also love the mini games/missions you can do. Like I said, over all a ton of fun, keeps me busy and I really like it! I’ve never played a game as long as I have this one. Usually I get bored but not this time! Just wish the glitch and ad issue would get resolved then it’s a solid 5 stars!

First I loved this game. Great game to get lost in for hours takes my mind off of everything. Best part I’m just now realizing was Zero Ads unless I wanted an incentive. I had a choice and 100% of the time I just spent my money cause who about to watch a ad for $1000… not me. Today I get on to put my hour in(I buy sweeper daily… makes the game easier with less distractions trust me) and boom AD. Okay that’s different but I keep playing. Then… an AD after every level. 👀 absolutely NOT. I forced myself to play 30min just to make my 35,000 sweeper money back and that’s about all I could take. Each board takes about 2min on average and here come about 15 Ads during that time. The Ads are about 8 to 15sec long. It takes away from my boaster AND brings my anxiety up to 100 because I now have press X 3 times PER AD. Totally just tuned me off and I don’t care how much money I’ve invested. I’m not playing any game that makes me watch ADS after every level and never gives me the option for AD free. I’ll try back in a couple of weeks maybe it’s a glitch. But please get these ADS together. How yall gonna go from zero ADS per level to one every lever AND every lucky spin?

If I had wrote this about 2 to 3 weeks ago I would have given this game 5 stars hands down. Now though, the game just seems to be against you no matter what level you are on. I know it’s supposed to be challenging, but 95% of the time it seems like you don’t get any cards not to be actually beneficial. Not only that, but now it seems they have lowered the chance of actually earning money when you win. Majority of the time I barely break even win I actually win a level so I don’t earn a dang thing. Where as two weeks ago normally I would net at least a thousand coins when I did win. So even though I was losing I was okay, because I knew I could make a comeback when on a cold streak. Now it just seems like the cold streaks last a lot longer then any hot streak you could get on with this game. Just has become one of the most frustrating games to play.

I have been playing this game for awhile, a few years. I have played over 4000 games. The change’s you keep making, you are going to lose players. I have spent some money on this game and it’s okay, if it’s a good game I don’t mind paying a little bit. Now the boosters were cut down from an hour for a certain amount of coins that was great but then it was cut down to 15 minutes for a certain amount of coins I was dealing with that, but now “6/5/22”it’s a certain amount of coins and it’s only good for that one hand. So you have to buy the booster for each game you want to play that is not cool not to me. I’m sure I’m not the only other solitary gamer that feels that way. I hope that you really consider changing that feature back to at least 15 minutes I believe is fair. I really enjoyed the game but if it’s not able to get fixed back then unfortunately I will delete it. If it does get fixed, I will update and give it a five star rating. Thank you for your time
