The website and Star are terribly slow. It even gives an error after a while because it won’t load. Eventually you’ll get a message from the site saying they were unable to recognize a face and that a new photo needs to be updated. When it finally decides to work, it’s neat but I was just likened to people with the same skin tone as me lol

Can’t even use it. The dumb panda pop game ad comes up immediately after uploading a photo, and I am unable to X out of it, and it doesn’t go away when the countdown is done.

Kept comparing me with people and men I don’t even look like I’m a woman smh plus you have to choose the closest I thought Star picks the one person for you I’ll pass

I tried to get the results, but the results never came back it took five minutes for it to tell me nothing

the same ad over and over again, they put the X button in an unreachable spot, so you can’t even use Star .

You cannot use Star. They place an ad within Star , which is normal, but put the X to get rid of the ad and such a location that you cannot select it. Unusable.

Star is pointless because you’re literally unable to use it. The ad takes up the entire screen! You can’t even exit it. No point in an app I can’t use

Some results are close, but most are very poor. The software they use most be very out of date and cheap. You get what you pay for I guess.

I would love to give Star a great review. It sounds like it be really fun to use, but it doesn’t find my face. Since it can’t find my face it tells me I have a low percent rating for the pictures it does find if it even finds one.

I have been trying to find like multiple celebrities on here. For example, everyone in one direction is in there, except for Louis Tomlinson? Like bye, put him on there right now

Says I look like harry styles, John Krasinski, and jeff besos… And now I’m expected to live life normally… 4/5

I used this and it told me I looked like Junkook and Jin from bts. Just for this I will be saying 5 stars but it also compared me to white people so I will be taking a this app away. Goodbye

Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I had no problems with it at all and agree with what they chose for me for the most part. Wonderful job.

Star is wonderful if you want to know what celebrity look like I literally love Star because I can see what celebrities I look like

Most accurate even when used different photos of myself

Some of the adds go full screen and there's no X to close them out... making Star essentially worthless.

Not only does it have a lot of ads, but it barely works! Results are garbage, and just overall a bad app.
