Extremely slow

The website and the app are terribly slow. It even gives an error after a while because it won’t load. Eventually you’ll get a message from the site saying they were unable to recognize a face and that a new photo needs to be updated. When it finally decides to work, it’s neat but I was just likened to people with the same skin tone as me lol
Completely Unusable

You cannot use this app. They place an ad within the app, which is normal, but put the X to get rid of the ad and such a location that you cannot select it. Unusable.

The app is pointless because you’re literally unable to use it. The ad takes up the entire screen! You can’t even exit it. No point in an app I can’t use
