I was communicating back and forth with a young lady by the name of driahonfavor or something like that and when I scrolled down on her profile pic, I accidentally tapped blocked which now we lost communication and its permanent. I don't like the fact that it's located at the bottom of the page to easily make that kind of mistake. Customer service takes days to get back with you and I can't even cancel my subscription based off everything that I checked on how to do so.

Hello I just got this app on my phone, a friend of mine introduce me to this app, if i could meet a responsible woman there. Unfortunately I got disabled on the app and i don't know why they did that, I heard that this app is the best app that's one reason i downloaded it on my device. How in the heck do you even send an initial text? All you seem to be able to do is like or super like a profile. This sucks. I will be seeking a full refund if this is not cleared up. Also there are thousands of obviously fake profiles and catfishers. All profiles with phone numbers photoshopped into a profile pic should be removed as well as all profile names with an email.

I’m very disappointed in this site, there is fraud going on here. Either these men are not who they say they are or am receiving nude pics. How sad are these people to have use this site to emotionally harm others.

Greetings Upwards Christian dating site is almost impossible to maneuver I tried to cancel within my seven days there’s no phone number there’s no email address it’s a horrible site if anyone knows please help me I want to cancel this trial ASAP.

There is no search feature that will allow you to find men meeting specific criteria. Also, even though I used the slider to request matches who live <50 miles from me, I have not received ANY matches who lived <150 miles away, and the great majority live hundreds and even thousands of miles away! I’ve emailed customer support twice but have not received a reply. Very disappointing… now thinking of canceling my profile.

Your dating app is FULL OF fake profiles originating out of Mexico. Literally every other lady on it is a cat fish. I will definitely not be recommending it to anyone

Hello. I recently joined Upward Christian and the locations of the profiles are not specific to my area. They are hundreds of miles away. I need a refund because this is not a fault of my own. Fraud going on. Waste of money time and I can’t get through to anyone representing them. I tried through email and honestly is it an inside ring of fraud? Even scared to share this. I didn’t give any money out either! For you scammers...I pitty you!

All of the interested men are over 600 -1000 miles away. Not interested in engaging men this far away. If the distance cannot be set and changed, then this app is useless. And I request a full Refund ASAP.

I had the app for a total of thirty minuted before it disabled my account with no indications of why. Now I can’t log in… I wasn’t even given the time to use it! Nothing should have warranted my account being disabled, and I 100% should be told why.

The Upward app isn't working at all! It's been 3 or 4 days where the app hasn't worked now! The 'little wheel' just keeps on turning and not doing anything!
