Got charged twice and KidsAutismGames is still in trail mode. Emailed support got no answer. Would not recommend.

Nothing resolved, contacted support multiple times. KidsAutismGames is bad, save your money. Still waiting for a refund.

How do I get a refund? KidsAutismGames doesn’t work. There is no sound to anything. I have checked the settings, restarted KidsAutismGames and restarted my phone but there is still no sound. Disappointed 😔 I really wanted this to work for my son.

I’ve downloaded KidsAutismGames for my daughter, and it will not us access to the full app and games. I’ve paid twice for this membership once under my email address and once under her Apple ID. I sent an email asking for assistance and pics of what we see when in KidsAutismGames and on the website. This is really frustrating.

I can’t even use the free trial. It says I have until Nov 11th, but just has everything locked and won’t let me get in at all. It tells me I have no subscription, no nothing. I attempted to find a way to contact someone instead of putting a review, but it’s the most non user friendly thing and I could not find anywhere to reach out. Word of advice, most people with an autistic child are neurodivergent themselves. Navigating this is not neurodivergent friendly

My sons loves KidsAutismGames and we do. It has helped with his speech and fine motor skills as well as critical thinking. The only downside to KidsAutismGames is the mask video about Covid. It is my choice as a parent how I choose to educate my child on the virus and I feel that the makers of KidsAutismGames are overstepping boundaries with this video. Is there a way to remove it?

I have subscribed KidsAutismGames in last week but still I am unable to get all the modules. It’s still running in 14 days trial mode. In case if this issue is not fixed in next 3 days, I have to unsubscribe

My son is ASD Level 1 and we love KidsAutismGames . Works great on my phone, but KidsAutismGames doesn’t have any sound on his iPad! The volume and music buttons are clicked, but there’s no sound. I’d love for him to be able to access on the bigger screen.

User interface is not very good and my son hardly uses it now because he has become frustrated not hearing anything I probably will not renew because of the quality I am getting and the lack of customer service.

They have so many educational games! My son with autism has learned so much from KidsAutismGames! My daughter who is 2 and doesn’t have autism has also learned so much from KidsAutismGames! Highly recommend for parents if they want an education app!

This is a great app. The games are well thought out and support a whole host of concepts that need to be learned by all children. The activities are colorful and easy to understand. Best of all, they have a path of 5 activities to be completed each day. I use that daily and because they are varied, it allows me to see where my child’s strengths and weaknesses lie. I highly recommend it.

KidsAutismGames is truly amazing my daughter was diagnosed with autism non verbal 2 years ago but with KidsAutismGames my baby has been saying her alphabet numbers matching things etc KidsAutismGames definitely helped my baby.

I spent over 20 hours of my life and day trying to figure out how to play KidsAutismGames . I struggled severely. Make the game easier for me and my son

It’s a good app but I’m having a ridiculous amount of trouble logging in. I paid for the year. No one has returned my emails for help. I’ve tried changing the password on the website and nothing. I get no where. I will gladly change my review if I can get some help. It’s been a month of me seeking help.

I love KidsAutismGames cause it helps me learn I have high functioning autism I’m 37 years old I have a brain damaged the center path of my brain it helps me with fine motor skills

We really like KidsAutismGames, especially the puzzles, the tracing and the daily activities. We were having trouble accessing to the full content of KidsAutismGames , but we reached out to the support email. They were very fast/helpful/polite and helped me to gain access again. Thank you so much guys. I know if I need help again I’ll have it.

We’ve been using KidsAutismGames for months now. My son has nonverbal ASD & KidsAutismGames keeps his attention for quite a while with its many games + activities. He absolutely loves the puzzles! I love that it also includes social stories. It also helped me with showing my son steps to brushing his teeth since grooming is one of the areas he struggles with most. KidsAutismGames has so much to offer & even my neurological daughter enjoys it so much. Absolutely Love it!

Amazing customer service, efficient and prompt.

KidsAutismGames has been a blessing for my granddaughter. When she joined our family, at 5, she was non-verbal. Three months later, she is talking up a storm (we don’t always understand her yet, and her sentences are like a 3 year old)but she is able to tell us what she wants. When she get stressed, KidsAutismGames immediately soothes her.

Additionally, customer support is very responsive. KidsAutismGames and the company are awesome.

KidsAutismGames is incredible. My son was diagnosed with autism in 2020 and we’ve been discovering the best ways to help him learn and grow. When I downloaded KidsAutismGames and saw how different it was from other mobile kid apps it honestly made my heart so happy. KidsAutismGames is truly designed for the special kiddos who learn differently than most. My son was fairly non-verbal, but thanks to preschool and activities like the ones in KidsAutismGames, his vocabulary has exploded. So much thought was put into this program and I’m so grateful for it!
