I love this game but I can’t stand the ads it seems every 2 minutes there’s a break I bought the no ad thing but I still get the ads it’s kind of hard to play a game like this when you have to stop Heck the ads are longer than I get to play Can’t you do something or at least give me my money back if I still getting ads ok and they were longer the ad stop was a total waste of money also I had to keep buying diamonds to keep the game going and I had just bought 5000 diamonds played for 10 minutes and I haven’t used I diamond and they were all gone I swear not one diamond well I was livid I closed the game and so I was paying my rent I notice all the money I had wasted playing your game needless to say I deleted the game and went to my text message app and asked if any of my circle of friends if any of them had played the game The next morning I had 14 text messages tell me to beware of the money put the game is I really believe you do something about Your Money Pit This is not normal and I am making a screen shot of mine and already have one of the ladies before me and send them to my friend whom is also my lawyer to look into because this is a total rip off And you should look into doing the right thing

Update: still not ad-free after paying $4.99 for ad-free version! 🤬🤬🤬 Greedy developpers ruining the game experience! Could be 5-Star / Ads even after ad-free upgrade but the constant interruptions with ads completely ruin the game!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Developers: Don’t be so greedy to ruin the game experience!! MOST importantly: even after paying $4.99 for the ad-free version, you still get pestered everywhere with ads!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 to me ad-free means ZERO ads!!! now they added even more blockers to force you watch ads.. terrible game experience!!👎👎👎 now they even added more stupid roadblocks to force you watch advertisements 👎👎👎 You pay for ad-free gameplay and they still force ads on you ALL THE TIME!!! 👎👎👎 I want to NEVER see ads when i paid!!

Paid for no ads but as you play and increase the value of the numbers the game will randomly decide you suddenly don’t get access to the full board and the only way to regain access is to - you guessed it - watch ads. Maybe if you’re lucky (or not so lucky) you have to pay your hard earned gems to unlock a piece of the board. What a complete rip off.

Enjoy the game as I used to implies that I got to enjoy the game before this supposed update. I’ve already deleted MergeHexa and despite this idea potentially being a great game for me you’ve already lost me as a customer/player forever. Enjoy your greed and well earned 1 star reviews.

Update: I’m still being punished for successful gameplay by interrupting my game play with inserting an ad and/or pushing an ad after a successful round . Sure I could see if I lost a round and an ad popped up because that’s how most apps seem to do it, however, your app punishes successful gameplay.

I’m trying to understand how come in the middle of my successful gameplay, you’ve chosen to punish players for being successful by inserting ads game not because someone lost the game, no!, Rather because you’re punishing successful players. Think about that! I don’t care if I could pay for ad free gameplay I’m just trying to figure out how punishment becomes for successful gameplay.

I love this game and could probably play it almost all day but the ads in the ad breaks have their mute buttons in so many different parts of the screen that by the time you find the mute button you’ve already disturbed the peace of anyone nearby unless you silence your phone altogether. Some of the ads end up having their mute button under the bottom banner so instead of being able to mute the ad you accidentally click the link to another advertiser. Some ads don’t have a mute or an “i” so if I’m in a public or work setting, I have to silence my phone entirely. That is the biggest part I’m not a fan of but the other is that the aids increase in cost as you reach higher levels. The loyalty reward (gems) caps out after five days but the exact same aids cost more gems as you reach higher levels. What’s up with that?! Obviously they are trying to force you to buy the bundles.

I enjoy playing this game but the adds are non stop. There’s a charge to avoid the adds but there are still adds. If you want to use any of the tools that help with the game they are worth an impossible amount of points. They offer points for free but you have to watch a lot of adds to get the amount of points you need to use the tools. It’s never ending adds and spending money. The game isn’t worth it. Especially when the game is in control of the number combinations it gives you.

Game is cool and I figured out how to level up. The game cash I’ve won isn’t able to be used, why I don’t know. I have accumulated almost 1million and I clicked on the monies and it states not available. You can’t use the monies you’ve won to the three options to help you win the game. Monies are located on the upper right corner, it has a crown. On the left hand side upper corner you have to watch videos to accumulate points to use on the three options to help you win the game. Not if you chose one option and don’t use the other two the value goes up, so you have to watch more videos to use all three options. And the price goes up on all three. This game is fun in the beginning, but as you play it’s time consuming due to videos. If you want to spend your money to pay, it would go faster, but then you’ll spend a lot of money. If you want to play free watch videos. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

I gave it three stars because after a while it gets boring it’s obviously just trying to get you to buy diamonds even though it reward you I think there should be more challenged to it how about offering 25,000 diamonds if you can collapse down to just one hex people would spend more money trying to make that happen. Also, let people see one move ahead of the hex or pair of hexes available.

That would really bring in some excitement and strategy so if you would make those two improvements, I think you’d have a much more exciting game and a much more profitable one for your company

This game is fun, but I've had it with ads. I just updated it hopeing for no interruptions but same o same o! Just play a very few placements and bingo, another ad break. I realize the need for ads, but this one is ridiculous . if you want to waste your time watching endless ads, with her long, and one wouldn't let you get out unless you were supposed to get it. Every time I hit cancel it would go back to the ad, and when you hit done it would pop up with cancel or and would not bring up an x to go back to your game. The sad thing is when you delete an app, it stays on your acct and takes up room on your cloud acct. However this one is on the delete schedule as soon as I get back to it. Very disgusting.

When I first started playing this, I figured it would be like most of the other games I’ve played on here… download it, play a few times, get bored, then delete it. But for some reason, it held my interest, and I kept coming back to it. There have been times when I would play for a couple of hours. Also, it IS possible to play without spending any money, once you figure out the strategy to get the higher numbers more quickly (without cheats). I finally completed it today, because after 999, there are no more numbers. I’m disappointed, because I wasn’t ready to stop. Hopefully, they’ll update it in the near future, and add more numbers.

The game is extremely engaging especially on long flights, layovers or when relaxing however the ads are extremely annoying. An ad pops up just about every 6 minutes, and the ad lasts almost 45-50 seconds then you have to exit out which is a whole new annoyance. Figure it out please, I delete games quite often and this is definitely on the chopping block and I refuse to pay to remove ads, I’m not watching tv.

I actually love this game, but I’m nearly ready to pay for no ads because you have to watch so many and I’m beyond sick of seeing the ad for the Gossip Harbor merge game. It’s disturbing and I feel like the clips of that game are more triggering and disgusting each time one plays, which feels like repeatedly. Who thinks storylines about finding a baby in a dumpster, being homeless, and so on are fun for games? I’m sick of seeing it while just trying to play my merge hexa game. Anyway….. love this game and F Gossip Harbor ads.

I love challenging games. This one is fun and not frustrating, except for the ads. The game itself isn’t too difficult, but you do have to think. The ads, however, are ridiculous. This game doesn’t have levels, per se, so I get they can’t put an ad in at fixed times. Instead, they bombard you with ads all throughout the game which is almost worse. The only advantage is you don’t have to watch all 30 seconds or so of the ad, you can skip after like 5 seconds, but it still disrupts your game flow. I would rather watch full ads to get boosters than have to skip ads constantly throughout the game. Very frustrating. Have to consider whether to keep or delete MergeHexa …

I don’t play very many games but I like this one a lot. First it doesn’t play out that you need to buy extra lives or coins. Easy enough to watch a few ads if you want to save a game that’s going well. Second the ads are not too much and because of the style of the game are not as intrusive as in other games. It gives me just enough of a challenge but not too much as to be frustrating. Not looking to frustrate myself while playing a game as a distraction. It is designed to keep going so when you take a break you can jump back in easily. I would recommend you give it a try. Hope you like it

I like this game quite a bit. It took me a bit to catch on, but I like how it gets you thinking a few moves ahead. There are multiple strategies, and I find it challenging to find new ways to level up. I play every day and find it relaxing.

The thing that I find annoying is that I can choose to watch an ad to get more diamonds, but as soon as I do, and make one more match, more ads. That timing of ads is bad. The amount of ads is ok to me, (I understand it’s your funding) but please reconsider when an ad pops up.

Also, please look at your color choices. The colors are helpful (and pleasing to the eye), but at one point, just about every hexagon was a slightly different shade of blue. I made mistakes, as I realize I match by color as much as number, which is fun and good for the brain.

Thank you for a fun game, after a few months, I am still engaged!

I’m confused. How do I level up w/o having to use coins. Someone said when you merge 3 numbers that are 1 number below the level number It will jump you up to the next level? i.e level number is 9 do I connect 3 sevens to make an 8…how many 8’s do I need connected to bump up to the next level which would be level 10? I wish there was a video or something as it seems there are a number of ways to level up? Love the game but seems like I’m missing something. 😂

I am so very tired of being forced to watch 60 second ads about every 3 minutes while I’m playing these games. I decided to splurge and pay the $4.99 for the “no ads” version. Within about 60 seconds of my purchase, I’m watching another 60 second ad. I WANT A REFUND.

I typically only get games that are 4.8 or 4.9 stars in the reviews. I have not been disappointed with this game. Every level starts different and it’s a game. I have quickly become quickly addicted to this game. From the beginning to the end, the ads are really not that disruptive as most of them are quite short. In the end, I didn’t mind spending $9 to get rid of the ads. no I can play endless hours in peace.

I fell in love with this game from the first moment I played it. I got to 999 and the next level is INFINITY!! WHY??? Can’t count to 1,000 or more? Really upset that the game ended with that. Love the game! Use your logic to place amounts to go up in value once twice, three times or more! Reach a level where they allow extra points and delete lower amounts so it is easier to move up. Can’t get enough! Relaxing it is NOT! Very challenging!

I really love this game, it is extremely relaxing; however there should be rewards when you reach different milestones. It motivates the player to keep playing. I’ve bought so many packages but I notice unlike other games you get rewards at certain mile stones, they should not be the same level of reward. For example the higher the level the bigger the reward. Trust me people will still buy the packages. Myself and 22 other people download this game and only 7 remain because they were buying packages but saw they weren’t getting no type of reward.
Other than that great game.
