I originally had a limit if 1500, booked a trip paid off months early and now they tell me i cant book before July and my limit is now 1000. It doesn't make sense that i paid off way early and seems i’m being punished for it! I tried using the in app chat they claim is a human just for it to say it will have an agent reach out if necessary(nobody reaches out) i have emailed twice with no response. I am seriously frustrated and disappointed and will provide never use this service again!

FlyNowPayLater is garbage it works well long as you are able to access it the moment you change your phone number and you cannot access your account is it is extremely hard to get in contact with anybody from this company to change your phone number in game access back into your account now and I have a bill and they keep emailing me asking me what’s wrong I keep returning emails and no one answers my emails I’ve been trying to get back into for a month and a half I have sent eight emails back to this company and received none Watch what I tell you they will contact me on here and leave a message about how to get in contact with them but when I contact them they will not respond

I used them for a trip but I recently changed my phone number and now I can’t get into my app so I can book again. I sent numerous amount of emails and no response. Reading these reviews I see similar problems. They tell you to email but never respond it’s frustrating when something so simple like changing a phone number hinders you. I tried to set up a different account with new email and now I’m denied but that has to be false because my credit is great and my account with them is paid off all on time. They need a better response team because this is very bad for business.

Download FlyNowPayLater and went through all of the prompts only to get to a page that says hang on we are running credentials then it glitches, FlyNowPayLater closes and when I go back and I had to start from the beginning again. This has happened four times to me. I finally got all the way through it (6th try!) and it said I was not a good fit….even though my credit score of 620 and I have very little debt. Laughable app.

I don’t even know where to start. I wanted a trip to Aruba with my son so I started the virtual card they split the cost of the trip into 4 payments. So the first payment they took the 40 something dollars out of my card, then I wanted to pay the rest of the trip amount, and they charged my bank twice for paying the rest of the balance. After that I wanted a trip to Chicago to the bean to go watch the bean and they provided me with this dumb address from UK or whatever. These people are dumb I can’t deal with this. Run plz and then their emails take forever. Ugh

This fraudulent company charged me for the first installment of $134 when I wasn’t even able to book a flight. I simply put in the amount to see how much the installments would be and they charged me instead which I thought they would create a virtual card like other buy now pay later apps. It’s been a nightmare trying to get in touch with anybody. Everything is automated. Im going to give it a few days to see if someone responds. If not then I’m contacting my bank. Do not use FlyNowPayLater. If you have Klarna or Zip use them instead!!!!!

I have been emailing back and forth with them for two weeks now.

I used this previously to split a Southwest flight. No issues. Worked as promised.

I used it recently to book a flight with United. I had my normal CC on file with the airline. United initially accepted the virtual card; the booking was then cancelled shortly thereafter. The only reason I kept my reservation was the fact that I had my CC on file.

They keep telling me United funded this, but all I’m seeing from my end is that I was charged by United and FNPL. There was clearly a glitch on their end that didn’t comply with United’s standards. I want my money back, but they’re telling me I have to contact United who has hour long hold times. This is a complete run around that I would urge anyone else to really reconsider using based on the lack of prompt customer support.

If they don’t resolve this, I’ll call my bank to dispute it, but this whole process has been a nightmare.

I wonder what type of factors they use when making a determination. I have really good credit, never miss payments, and never have trouble getting approved for actual credit cards. It’s odd because I’ve heard of people with sub par credit getting approved for their services. Hopefully they provide more information regarding their reasons for denial in the future, at least so people can know what is being looked at. I also didn’t get any notifications that they did any type of soft pulls on my credit, so I wonder why a ssn is even needed unless it’s just a part of their verification process. Regardless, I don’t think they’re a scam, probably just a new company that is still trying to get their ducks in a row.

I was approved for like $1500, so I booked a night for a staycation, thinking I still had access to the other $1300 of my limit. Wrong. Until that’s paid off, you don’t. So while it’s a wonderful service, I wish you could have multiple trips, so long as you were paying for them.

I thought it would be good to use but it’s not you can’t even call customer service it don’t make since I tried to pay my balance and every time I put the card on file press submit they have me on one screen for as long as I let it they emailed me and said you must don’t have funds in your account what the H it really don’t make since

I was able to set up my profile and get the ID verification process done in less than 5 minutes. Really convenient way to splurge on a trip and pay it off over time.

I was able to book my $2000 Walt Disney World Trip with no issues at all. So smooth! I made a $500 payment today and the rest is split up into 3 more payments. I can’t wait to use this again. Highly recommend.

I love that you can plan a whole vacation car, hotel, & round-trip flight then take the total of it and split them up into cheap payments it's just amazing,.,,.,. And everything. Works out, the flight car and hotel it's awesome.

Jesus people really don’t know how credit works? Yes it asks for social, this is still a loan. Why would they allow you to borrow money and risk not getting paid while you enjoyed your vacation? Some people need to do research before giving an app bad reviews because they’re uneducated.. Great App!

Recently used it for flights for a vacation I’m taking soon. I plan to use it for my hotel once I pay off the flights. Very straightforward and easy, seamless approval process. I really liked the way it offers multiple terms to pay off the loan (3mo, 6mo, 12mo). Will definitely become my go-to for travel expenses.

FlyNowPayLater is a dream come true for me. I was able to book flights on a trip that will get me places I couldn't afford the plane tickets for at the time I wanted to book. My payments are secured and I highly reccomend this for people ready to book a trip but don't have all the money at that time.
