How to fix Workout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Workout app on iPhone
Update Workout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Workout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Workout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Workout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Workout Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Workout not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Workout App
1. On android, goto Settings » Workout » click [Force Stop]

Update Workout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Workout App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Workout » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Workout.

Fix Workout unable to contact server/ Workout internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Workout » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Workout » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Workout
