Works well after a quick fix few days ago. Does what it needs to accomplish.

1 issue I see is the synch to calendar option needs more control…whatever I did is causing 4 different calendar events from 1 actual event on demosphere…and no way to get rid of subscription…at least other than I know of.

UPDATE: Same problems persist despite update. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Demosphere10 , logging out and back in, and restarting my phone. Cannot see my daughter’s team and when I try to “pull down to refresh” nothing shows and when I click unmute Demosphere10 crashes. Terrible app.

Demosphere10 will not stay open. I cannot see my child’s team and when I try to “unmute” it Demosphere10 crashes. Meanwhile it adds every scheduled event to my iOS calendar multiple times and I cannot get rid of them. It’s awful.

Every time I open Demosphere10 I have to end up deleting it and redownload. Did not have this problem last season. After update app seems to be doing better. Glad since season is starting back up

This is possibly the most user-unfriendly app ever created. It is very difficult to use the chat feature since most seem not to receive notifications (yes, their settings are correct). It seems to be impossible to send a pic (who forgot this water bottle?) through the chat, you can’t send a pin (let’s meet here!) and there’s no section for uploading team or action photos to share.

It is basically a very cumbersome calendar app, but even that is ineffective since Demosphere10 crashes so often you have to go through the steps of deleting Demosphere10 and reloading Demosphere10 just to (if you’re lucky) see the calendar before it crashes again.

Useless.

Was Demosphere10 made in China? It’s app is terrible, crashes a lot and GPS directions are off. Gave it a 2 star for effort.

I love the concept/idea of Demosphere10 but seems to lack in execution somewhere. I have it set up to receive notifications and never get them. I can open Demosphere10 and realize that several messages were missed because I never received notification that I had a message. Have to constantly open app to make sure that we don’t miss something with our teams. Very disappointing.

If I could give Demosphere10 negative stars I would. We are being required to switch over to it and it by far is THE WORST APP ever. I do not have the ability to add players emails. When I put in reoccurring dates and times it changes the dates and puts the times off by an hour. It does not give you the ability to mass delete or change events. You have to go into everyone and fix what ever Demosphere10 has screwed up. Clearly the developers do not care because there is no fix in the future. I would highly recommend not using Demosphere10 for anything. Not sure who would give it 5 stars. What a joke and a waste of time.

The old Team app was buggy, but had decent functionality. There is no website access for demosphere like before, so Demosphere10 is all you get.

Calendars can’t sync nor can you export a single event to your device calendar which is beyond basic for any scheduling app. Parents are the primary users so being forced to recreate events in other calendars makes Demosphere10 useless. Demosphere10 had a major bug (db error) that took them 2 weeks to resolve so it’s likely built on a flimsy foundation. Avoid.

Like the in app Calendar to include all kids team events but please allow subscribe to sync with phone calendar. Hard to see conflicts when you can’t merge it with “Everything else” calendar. Another feature that will be useful is the “like” message function. For unofficial events, like to indicate “going” is better than 12+ messages saying yes or no. Please add sync calendar feature!!!!

App doesn’t update to reflect current teams, and website is unusable on a phone. Needs more work.

I have at least 4 different apps that my kids sports team use to handle RSVP, schedules, team emails, chats and this the weakest one. It doesn’t have the basic functionality of syncing with my calendar which is easily the most used function of any of these apps. Seriously, forcing people to constantly check the schedule for time and location changes vs having it auto feed into the calendar makes Demosphere10 near useless.

No one has time to manually enter all practices and games into their iOS or Google Calendar. Families with multiple kids in multiple sports need the ability to see all family members events on one calendar. Demosphere10 makes that impossible. I receive no notifications when updates are made to our team calendar or when team messages are sent. Demosphere10 is a joke!

I would give them zero stars right now if I could. These morons decided to upgrade from TeamNet to Demosphere but didn’t transfer over any of the game information and they did it mid season. Way to go idiots. I called their support service team and they said that the team, who already took the time apparently to upload all of the game information once, will have to re-upload it all again and offered no help.

My wife is a team manager. I am not. Because we’re in the same family, I am in the team manager group chat. She cannot remove me and I can’t even remove myself. The also has no image or video sharing functionality. Text only. Hot trash. Demosphere10 seems to have been developed by people who have never used any kind of basic mobile messaging applications. Genuinely terrible team messaging app.

Demosphere10 lacks significant functionality. I would not recommend using it to manage communication for any team. It requires 5 clicks to mark kids present or absent. Each event needs to be clicked on and opened before you can indicate if your child will attend. App is constantly crashing and messages are difficult to find and disappear often. It’s extremely frustrating!!!

It would be nice to be able to subscribe to a URL with the calendar events (URL to allow for dynamic updates due to rain outs, etc.). And if not already a feature calendar designations between practices and games.

I’m getting really tired of having to delete and redownload Demosphere10 every time I want to use it.

Features Needed:
* Calendar sync
* Messaging with the ability to attach/send pictures
* Stats tracking (great feature for us coaches to keep parent occupied while getting useful info)
* The ability for coaching staff to update pictures of team users (including kids). Much faster if a coach can quickly update user photos for player passes
* Ability for coaching staff to update contact information for parents from Demosphere10 on their behalf
* Ability to delete household members (I was duplicated for some reason)

Demosphere10 only works after immediate download. Each day when I got to check the schedule or messages I have to delete and download again to open Demosphere10 . Notifications don’t work and most times if I do get a notification I can’t see the message unless I delete and reinstall.

The notifications pop up on my phone, but they disappear as soon as I open them. They can’t be found anywhere in Demosphere10 .

No calendar feed? Demosphere10 must be developed by people who don’t actually have families with dynamic schedules. It’s basically useless.

I installed Demosphere10 as my son’s league suggested. After I installed I am trying it to open. It just crashes as soon as I open it. Not sure if it has any pre requisite like iOS version or something

As a parent of multiple children that are all very active, it’s very frustrating to see that this does not provide an ability to sync with the calendar my family uses to know which kids needs to be where and when.

If I could give this - stars….I would.

I’m a team manager, ref, and parent of 3 players. So buggy and clumsy. Can’t access team info I need for check-ins, can’t assign myself to ref like it advertises. Pretty much can see a calendar in my app and who is in my household. Without Demosphere10, how would I know who lives in my home. 🤦🏻‍♂️
