Video on demand didn’t work. App didn’t connect to Apple TV. Glad I only paid 5 dollars for an AnimeExpo ticket.

It’s not updated for video programming (despite QR codes for AnimeExpoOfficial stating getting the most up to date information in this room).
You can’t search by room.

When I go to read your notifications your program locks me into that note and will not let me read anything else. I have to turn off my tablet then back on to explore the rest of your app. I have 4 more notifications to read and will not read because of this.

Overall decent. Would be great if:

1) When you click on an event/panel/performance/ etc in the schedule , it shows you where on the map it is located and where the line is located.

2) if you could set a custom alert/reminder for your scheduled events. Right now the only option is a 10 minute reminder. Many times you must be in line 30+ minutes before an event. A 10 minute reminder is useless.

3) if the map of artist alley was more detailed. Names of vendors instead of numbers would be great!

Good experience, app UI is a bit outdated and rough

Went to AX for the first time this year and primarily used AnimeExpoOfficial to research panels and look at the map. It was pretty great in finding out what was going on around the con, and I liked how you could save events to ‘my agenda’. It was useful to have on con days

I’m so thankful we get to experience something for this year and not just move on to next year.. THANK YOU FOR THE HARD WORK 🥺🤍

Can’t wait for Anime Expo 2020!! I saw your Twitter and looked on AnimeExpoOfficial Store for AnimeExpoOfficial. This will be very useful once I go and before I go. I’m also hype for the Live streams! I already marked my calendar!
